My name is Juliette and I am a yoga teacher, trained in New Zealand. I teach Hatha and Yin yoga, with a gentle and caring approach, adapted to the needs and pace of each individual.

For me, yoga is an invitation to slow down, to reconnect with your body and breath, and to find a little space in your daily life. Through postures, breathing, and relaxation, I guide you to take a moment for yourself, release tension, and cultivate a better balance between body and mind.

Traditional Tantra Yoga (also called Kaula) is a meditative form of yoga that teaches your whole body to meditate. Tantra Yoga guide us into a deep relaxing and meditative state through yoga postures and breathing.
