About Me
Amina started classical ballet at the Conservatory of Freiburg, and it was only a few years later that she began her spiritual development with Hatha Yoga. In the continuation, she discovers the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and devotes herself entirely to this method. Through this practice, the fusion of the body and the spirit takes all its meaning and this unity leads to a greater inner peace. More than a discipline, it is a philosophy of life based on values that she cultivates daily. Little by little, a passion is born for the teaching of yoga, thus opening the way to new professional aspirations. Drawing inspiration from her travels and encounters, particularly in India, Amina contributes to the transmission of the universal message of yoga. Because of her Asian origins and her education, she is committed every day to practicing this art of living and following the path of transformation towards inner wisdom. Today, she initiates several cultural and personal projects while continually improving with her teachers.

Graduated 600h TTC, I received the traditional teaching of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga from Guruji BNS Iyengar, a still living legend in the history of Yoga.
