Being also a medical doctor, I know all too well the long-term impact of stress on your mental and physical health.
That is why I have created these classes.
Chronic fatigue, difficulties sleeping, back pain, digestive issues, muscle tensions, irritability...
I have been there too. If you experience any of the above, it is high time to push the reset button. Correctly done physical postures, along with breathing and relaxation techniques can make a huge difference.
Do you worry that you are not flexible enough? Well, don't. The only requirement for my private yoga class is to be able to breathe. :) I have helped students with all kinds of physical conditions and I know how to adapt the practice to your needs.

After having worked in different medical settings (including operation theater, intensive care unit, rehabilitation clinic and psychiatric hospital) I have decided to redirect my career path and concentrate on the roots of chronic disease: our everyday choices. In other words, our lifestyle.
The research on this topic is impressive: we now know for a fact that up to 80% of chronic diseases are caused by our lifestyle. It means that by making changes in the way we live we can prevent, treat and in some cases even reverse many chronic diseases.
I have experienced first hand the impact of a healthy lifestyle and my mission is to spread this knowledge to the public as well as accompanying you directly in your journey to a healthier, happier life.
