I am an incoming student at Codarts Conservatory and have a background in various music styles, improvisation, and composition. As a passionate and professional musician, I help you develop your innate talent for music-making and give you the space to develop your own musicality with heart and passion. Each lesson brings something new and will foster the development of your creativity and musical proficiency while having fun. I am particularly interested in the Kodaly and Faber methods of teaching music. Lessons are for children and adults of all ages. Jawa (1996) a Syrian oud player, singer and composer. I was born in Aleppo, and I grew up in Damascus, Syria. I started playing music at the age of eleven. I chose the Oud as my instrument because my father used to play it everyday at home when I was young. Gradually, I fell in love with it and now I feel an unlimited feeling of freedom while playing it. Graduated from Rotterdam Conservatory in 2021.

About me: I am Nikos and I am a classical guitarist with 15 years of experience. I started playing classical guitar at the age of 10 and from the age of 14, with the supervision of my teacher, I have been helping and guiding younger guitar students, giving me a hands-on experience in teaching from an early age. In 2019, I obtained my soloist diploma from the Hellenic Conservatory of Music and Arts, giving me the right to teach and since then I have been teaching privately. Currently, I am studying with professor Pavel Steidl, at the Royal Conservatoire of the Hague and I have been attending a Music Pedagogy course, as well as courses in Early Music. Since 2014, I have been attending guitar festivals and academies, giving me the opportunity to learn from some of the most important classical guitarists of our era and also be awarded prizes in national and international competitions, such as the 1st prize in Palaio Faliro guitar festival in Athens in 2020 and the 3rd prize in the 1st International Nikita Koshkin competition in Russia in 2021. In 2024, I was honored to receive a scholarship given each year to two European guitarists, giving me the opportunity to attend the Volterra Project Summer Guitar Institute 2024 in Volterra, Italy. Music Theory: In 2020 and 2021, I graduated from the music theory departments of the Hellenic Conservatory with a degree in Music Harmony and a degree in Counterpoint.

Dear Music Students, I am an American guitarist, composer, and teacher from the US newly relocated to the Netherlands, based in Delft and offering music lessons at home in my living room and at my studio location in the Hague. I did my bachelor's in guitar performance at Berklee College of Music where I specialized in Jazz, and hold master's degrees from Yerevan State Conservatory and Royal Conservatoire Antwerp where I specialized in Composition and Electronic music. While my background is in Jazz my interests have always been broad and I'm happy to work with students at a variety of levels of experience, stylistic backgrounds and interests. Since graduating at the Conservatory of Rome, teaching as well as performing has been one of my passions! I have been teaching piano for more than 8 years to students of all levels and age. I have experience with children, adults and also with students with different learning abilities. My students were always encouraged to take a step further and navigate through the world of piano under my guidance. My lessons are generally from half hour (for young children) to 1/1,5 hours. Depending on the level of the student, the lesson will include solfeggio and notions of musical theory, technique exercises and study of piano repertoire. My experience lies in classical piano repertoire, including Classicism, Baroque, Romanticism and Early Modern. I try to vary the program of my lessons and to choose the repertoire with the students, based on their taste and inclination. My teaching method is very structured and reflects the methodology taught in Conservatories, Music Academies and Universities. It is aimed at creating a solid basis to prepare for exams and auditions as well as giving the instruments for independent study. This type of method is of course suited also for amateur pianists too, who just want to play in their spare time - it will give them the opportunity to check their practice and receive relevant advice. Aside from the technique, participation, passion and fun are also fundamental! I pace each lesson to the needs and the preparation of the students, listen to their requests and choose with them the right path to follow. Hello! I am an undergraduate student of Den Haag's Royal Conservatoire jazz department. I'm giving jazz piano/ classical piano/ music theory/ear training lessons for students of every level. Got my primarily education with Nely Sarkisjan at Emils Darzins School of Music in Riga, then studied in Moscow at Gnessin School of Music with Alexey Lundin after graduating college in 2021 got the diploma as an Artist and children teacher. And then after got same teaching experience in Riga until 2022. Now I am doing my masters at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam with prof. Mathieu van Bellen, Shunske Sato and at Davidsbundler Academie with prof. Daniel Rowland. I am offering lessons for beginners, advanced musicians and amateurs with no age limit. My mission is to help people to begin love the music and avoid bad body positioning for prevention heath harm. One of my main interests as a piano teacher is to provide the students with the most possible instruments for their own development, in order to awaken in them the consciousness of being as they play their instrument. In the current experience, everything is moving ahead of you at a very fast pace and almost even digested. To come into contact with the art of playing the piano is to immerse yourself in the most beautiful experience of self-discovery while making music, in a bottomless sea of inner growth. Teaching is another form of communication, keeping traditions alive and giving life to the information by passing it on.
