I have a Bachelor's Degree in Piano, with a validated and recognized diploma, and throughout my career I have had contact with various teaching methodologies, but none complete by itself. So I created my own teaching methodology, selecting what most helped the various student profiles that I taught in more than half a decade of experience teaching piano! 🎹🎹🎹🎵 *HOW WILL THE LESSONS BE? In our lessons we will work according to your needs as a student and the stage you are in. It can be from initiation to return after a long time without studying music. No problem! I am a teacher of Piano and Keyboard! In my studio, I have various tripods and up to THREE SIMULTANEOUS CAMERAS to help the student have the best view and experience in class! Let's schedule a conversation! 🎹🎹🎹🎹🎹 *CURRICULUM VITAE* 🎹🎹 Bachelor in Piano by the Arts Center of the State University of Santa Catarina - UDESC, supervised by Prof. Dr. Luís Cláudio Barros, Antônio also studied with Professor Olga Kiun, in Curitiba. I participated in 2018 and 2020 in the III and IV USP Piano Workshop, promoted by the University of São Paulo, having Masterclass with Professor Eduardo Monteiro, Luiz Guilherme Pozzi and Richard Kogima. Likewise, in 2019 and 2020, I performed at the 36th and 37th Music Workshop in Curitiba, participating and Masterclasses by Cristian Budu, Jean Louis Steuerman, Olga Kiun and Nahim Marun. Between 2017 and 2018, he won three awards in national piano competitions, which include: Honorable Mention in the 2nd Casa da Música Competition, held in Porto Alegre; and 1st place in XXXVI and XXXVII Rosa Mística Latin American Contest, in Curitiba, Brazil. He regularly participates as a performer in several Masterclasses, among them with professor Cristina Capparelli, Eduardo Monteiro, Luiz Guilherme Pozzi, Richard Kogima, Sérgio Gallo, Simone Leitão, Grzegorz Niemczuk, Luciana Sayure and Cristian Budu.

From Jazz Bigbands and Musical Pitbands, to accompanying singer songwriters, to playing solo guitar concerts. I know how the guitar fits into many different types of ensembles and with many styles of music. I'm now studying a Master of Jazz Composition and Arranging at KUG in Graz and I love to help others understanding complex musical theory and how it can be used to write new music! I love writing music for Bigband, Classical Chamber ensembles, and small jazz ensembles as well as for singer-songwriters. Being well classically trained, I can help you build a solid violin technique and prepare you for giving your best during important music occasions such as exams, auditions, concerts etc. Also, being member of pop - oriental bands with concerts around Belgium, France and Greece, having played with several classical and contemporary music ensembles and orchestras, as well as coming from a family of musicians, my lessons are ideal for students who want to learn to be at ease when they eventually make music with others. :) All pieces can be taught either by ear, music scores or BOTH!! Teaching you basic and/or more advanced music theory to facilitate your violin learning if you don't know yet how to read and write music, can be easily done! My personal experience with music psychology and body movement techniques for musicians have enriched my knowledge and teaching skills. Extra attention is given during the lessons to not only help you build a strong and steadfast technique and develop your music ear, but also to acquire a confident presence and attitude for when you play for others! My main teaching approach is based on the principles of the Suzuki Method. The lessons are tailored to the specific needs of each student, including game-like exercises and space to be creative and have fun!. I also teach adults who play the violin as a hobby. What is the Suzuki Method? Developed by Shin'ichi Suzuki, a Japanese violinist, and pedagogue who was one of the most influential ones of the 20th century. Through a life-long process of experiences, research and evolution, S.Suzuki created the "Mother Tongue Method" based on the observation that all children learn to speak their native language with ease through listening and repetition. He believed that since very young children could master the complexity of their native language, they could also master playing the violin. The Suzuki Method not only contributes to the development of the musical abilities in children but it is also a great and powerful influence on a child's growth as a human being and their social values, sensitivity, discipline and love for life. “Musical ability is not an inborn talent but an ability which can be developed.
