SESSION OBJECTIVES Starting from a current challenge, a present emotion (sadness, anger, fear, shame, guilt, feelings of abandonment, lack of self-worth, etc.), or a difficult inner experience, this session offers a space for deep and compassionate dialogue with an essential part of the self: the inner child. As a Management Consultant in the Corporate sector for 16 years, I've coached many people to become more effective communicators, leaders, and happier people. Each class is tailored to the student's requirements - it could consist of life coaching, leadership coaching, yoga, meditation, energy clearing, acupressure, art therapy or something else that's more appropriate. I generally work with a student for 4 - 6 weeks, with a single class per week. The student has daily homework to do in-between classes to assist with the transformation that will be energetically occurring when working with me. Although this class is listed under “pet trainer,” my approach is a little different. I don’t train cats in the traditional sense, I help YOU understand THEM. Think of me as a feline behavior translator: someone who explains your cat’s body language, emotional needs, and home environment so you can take better care of them and prevent common behavior issues. I also combine this with gentle life-coaching principles for the owner. When you’re busy, stressed, or unsure how to handle your cat’s needs, it affects both of you. My goal is to support you and your cat together. Helping you create a calmer, more organized routine while improving your cat’s comfort, confidence, and happiness at home.
