Hi everyone,
I'm Elena, a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher since 2018.
I am Italian but for almost 5 years I have lived in Seville, in Spain. Here I work as a full-time yoga teacher, giving classes in town halls and yoga centers, working with students of all ages and with different pathologies.
I am a writer, I have two published books: The Missing Pieces, published in 2021 by Women Plot, an Italian publisher, and The Healer, self-published in 2023 through Amazon.
