Give you confidence to speak , read and write Farsi-Persian in easy wayTranslate this text using Google Translate.

My lessons are based on standard conversational (informal) Persian spoken by mainly the middle-class educated people in Iran. I teach in three beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels: The beginner level is mostly focused on basic grammar and vocabularies and you will learn to make simple sentences and handle basic conversations. In the intermediate and advanced levels you will gradually learn more vocabularies, will make more sophisticated sentences and will be more confident in communication in Farsi. In the advance level you will have lessons on particular subjects such as cooking, weather, houses, cities etc and thus you will learn related vocabularies and slang. All the lessons are designed and written by me and all are supported by plenty of examples from everyday life. Chemistry in English and Arabic: MCQs, Problem Solving, Equations, Calculations, and more, according to the curriculum and academic level.Translate this text using Google Translate.

I teach Chemistry in a smooth and simple way that helps the student understand the information instead of just memorizing it, with attention to simplifying concepts and rules and linking them to examples and practical applications. I explain chemistry in Arabic and English according to the student’s level and needs, clarifying scientific terms in both languages, so that the student can understand the lesson in the language he is comfortable with, and at the same time get used to the terms and questions in English, especially in schools and subjects that rely on the English curriculum. During the explanation, I make sure that the information is arranged step by step, starting with understanding the basic idea, then explaining the rule or law, and then applying it to different examples, while gradually solving exercises and questions from the simple level to the higher levels. I don't rely solely on memorization, but I focus on the student understanding Why? and How? Why do chemical reactions occur? How do we use the laws? How do we know the appropriate way to solve the question? And how do we arrive at the answer in an organized manner? I also focus on clarifying points that usually cause confusion for students, such as the difference between similar terms, understanding chemical equations, balancing equations, chemical calculations, and understanding the steps of problems instead of memorizing the solution method.

Graduate of the ENS de Lyon (Master 2) after a B/L preparatory class – academic support and methodology from middle school to high schoolTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Graduate of the ENS de Lyon (Master 2) after a B/L preparatory class – academic support and methodology from middle school to high schoolTranslate this text using Google Translate.

After a scientific baccalaureate, I completed three years of preparatory classes (B/L) at the Lycée Janson de Sailly in Paris, before gaining admission to the ENS de Lyon through a competitive entrance exam. There, I pursued a course in social sciences, with a Master 1 in sociology followed by a Master 2 in history, completed in Japan. Today I offer private lessons and academic support for middle and high school levels in several subjects: mathematics, French/literature, history-geography, economics and social sciences, English, German and Japanese. My goal is not only to help the student with their homework but also to ensure a real understanding of the course, the acquisition of good working methods and a progression towards greater autonomy. My method My tutoring sessions are organized according to a few fundamental principles, which are then adapted to the student's needs: - Review of the lesson with the student: regularity of learning is key to long-term mastery. Depending on the regularity of the sessions, we take time to review the lesson in order to clarify any misunderstandings and verify the acquisition of the fundamentals. - Homework or application exercises: In the case of homework, we guide the student's thinking while ensuring they remain in control of the process. If no homework has been assigned, I provide homework or application exercises related to the lesson. - Review of the method: once the lesson has been reviewed and the exercises completed, it is important to ensure that the method has been mastered. Depending on the level, this may involve exercises in essay writing, commentary, composition, or document analysis. - Deepening knowledge: depending on the time remaining and the ambitions available, I propose problems of higher difficulty in order to push the student to go further. If relevant, I can also prepare method or summary sheets with the student so that they can use them on their own as well. I am available to give lessons in Lyon. I can also give lessons remotely – I have the necessary equipment. The materials I offer I therefore offer academic support for high school and middle school students in the following subjects: Mathematics I studied mathematics intensively during my three years of preparatory classes for the humanities (B/L), at a level of approximately eight hours per week, equivalent to that of a second-year undergraduate student. I have also previously tutored mathematics. I primarily offer support from middle school to high school, from remedial work to advanced study. French and letters The B/L preparatory class allowed me to follow a particularly intensive teaching in literature, with numerous readings, text analyses and essays. In particular, I can support students in preparing for the brevet and baccalaureate exams, in understanding texts, and in learning essay writing, commentary, and argumentation. History geography I studied history and geography in depth during my B/L preparatory classes, through readings, notes, timelines, essays and research projects. I then continued my studies at the ENS in Lyon, where I completed a Master's degree in history specializing in Japan. I can therefore support students both in terms of knowledge and methodology for writing essays and analyzing documents. SES and sociology I studied economics and sociology during my three years of B/L preparatory classes, then continued my training in social sciences at the ENS of Lyon, where I validated a Master 1 of research in sociology. I can support high school students in Economics and Social Sciences, particularly in understanding the concepts of the curriculum, building reasoning skills, and improving their essays and document analyses. English I have a C1 level in English, certified by the Cambridge C1 Advanced. I also spent a year in Japan in an international university environment, where I took courses in English and wrote my assignments in that language. I can support students in English, both written and spoken, particularly to consolidate grammar, vocabulary and comprehension. German I have been studying German since middle school and have regularly stayed in Germany to improve my language skills. I currently have a C1 level and have already taught German. I primarily offer support from middle school to high school, as well as remedial courses. Japanese I spent a year in Japan as part of my Master 2, where I was able to deepen my Japanese through daily classes and regular practice with Japanese speakers. I offer courses up to level B1, particularly for students wishing to discover the language, improve their speaking skills, consolidate their basics or prepare for a trip to Japan. Course format I am also comfortable in group settings and can accompany up to three students of the same level. Small group classes can be particularly beneficial for classmates wishing to revise together, prepare for an exam, or work on a subject they are struggling with. In this case, I offer sliding scale pricing per household to make this formula attractive for everyone. I can also provide occasional help with correcting homework or personal projects, at a reasonable rate. I offer in-person lessons in Lyon or online. I have the necessary equipment to ensure effective online lessons. For home lessons, an additional charge may apply when travel is particularly significant or when schedules are restrictive. Feel free to contact me specifying the student's level, the subject concerned and the objectives sought: we can then determine together the most suitable course format.

“ I highly recommend Parinaz for anyone trying to learn Farsi! Her teaching approach is excellent and she’s able to adeptly tailor the lessons to my existing knowledge, ensuring an optimal pace for learning. She also integrates cultural nuances/topics related to vernacular Farsi into lessons, which is great for someone like myself who’s interested particularly in speaking rather than reading/writing. Parinaz is also very flexible with time and scheduling, so even if you have an irregular personal schedule, she can find time to have a class with you. ”

“ Stephen's lesson on harmony was just what I needed! I had a few specific questions to brush up on, and he explained everything super clearly and in a way that made it easy to apply to my work. He's knowledgeable and approachable—I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of music theory! Or if you're like me and need a quick refresh of all the things you forgot years ago from school 😅 ”

“ During my first long meeting via webcam with Mr. Abdelhak, I can assure you that you're in good hands. Mr Abdelhak knows what he is doing, he doesn't teach for the sake of teaching but he seems to love so much teaching and whatever I say you'll have to experience all this yourself. Carry Mr Abdelhak, you're doing great. ”
