- Private history and geo lessons at secondary and high school level - The courses take place as follows: 1 - Exhibition of the key concepts of the course: the most important knowledge is studied in the simplest way to ensure a good overall understanding. 2 - Presentation of non-essential concepts: to be among the best in his class, the student's knowledge must extend beyond the main concepts of the chapters. The student can then refine his revision using examples, anecdotal events and historical details. It is enough to place 2 or 3 of these details in his control copy to show the corrector that the student has mastered the subject. 4 - Active revision through exercises or games: in the form of riddles, multiple choice questions or multiple choice questions, the student's training is done in a fun way. The brain is then stimulated so that it can acquire knowledge more quickly. 5 - Assessment of essential knowledge: it is a question of making a list of events, dates and major figures in history in order to better memorize them. - At any of these stages, the student can ask questions. The answers will be simple and precise in order to clarify the course in the eyes of the student and to ensure optimal understanding. - If necessary, set up a memorization program so that the student can acquire the concepts more quickly. - Pedagogy adapted to the student according to his class (ex: 4th, 3rd ...), his pace of work and his motivation.

A teacher devoted to his students, I have a short experience in teaching but I always plan to meet or even exceed the objectives set. A relentless and voluntary professional, I always aim to provide a service of excellence. Tactical builder, I know how to train students. I follow a simple but effective methodology: I offer exercises, the student asks me questions, I tell him to make a summary sheet and I help him keep the essentials and only the essentials, then he can ask me again if he wants more details or another aspect of the chapter, etc. Of course, according to the student, I would spend more time on this or that aspect of the chapter. If you want more information or more details, don't hesitate to send me a message on apprentus.fr A teacher devoted to his students, I have a short experience in teaching but I always plan to meet or even exceed the objectives set. History, English Literature, English Language, and Psychology (GCSEs and A-Levels)Translate this text using Google Translate.

I have recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in History, and I mainly specialise in teaching History to students at school (aged between 5 and 18). I will also be happy to advise and tutor undergraduate History students who can benefit from my skills acquired as a recent graduate. My goal is to develop a passion for history for younger students by setting creative research projects for them to complete. A message to older students: Learning history is so much more than just remembering the names of historical figures and events. It teaches you to be critical when assessing historical documents and most of all it teaches you to think outside the box, to examine different possibilities for a single event or action taken in the past. The work I will set will tailor around your circumstances, whether you're a school student or a undergraduate student needing help with your history examination or assessment I will be happy to help!! This will include, personalised homework set, top tips for revision, and fun research projects!! In addition to tutoring in History, I also have previous experience in tutoring A-Level Psychology students and tutoring those who have GCSE and A-level examinations. And so, I would be more than happy to tutor those who need advice/ help in revising for these subjects too. As a recent graduate, I have been able to obtain great revision tips, revision techniques etc. And so, I will be happy to relay general advice and tips for students to achieve their best.

Ancient history, Religious Studies, A-Level Psychology and Easy BakingTranslate this text using Google Translate.

I am an Ancient History and Theology (and Religious Studies) University student who loves learning and teaching about these subjects. I studied psychology at A-Level, gaining an A*, and greatly loved this subject and, despite not studying it at University, I am eager to keep it in my life! Therefore, I would love to teach A-Level Psychology and believe I am capable in doing so. I have previous experience of tutoring in Psychology also. I received A*,A, B at A level (my university degree is to be completed later this year) and feel this reflects my love for my chosen subjects! I specialise in studies on Pompeii, Roman poetry, World War 2 (namely the Holocaust) and general RS topics- I can tailor my lessons to the needs of the student! I can provide worksheets, engaging informative slides on Powerpoint, memory quizzes/flashcards (which are a key way of instilling new information) and can also find the best revision and learning techniques for you as these are a very individual thing. I can also do classes on healthy cooking, and baking (this especially). You will be able to learn how to bake everything from a simple Victoria sponge cake (delicious!) to brownies, florentines, fudge and everything in between! You will learn how to cook healthy foods and meals which incorporate all your needed nutritional requirements on a minimum-effort basis. I look forward to hearing from you...

Private Maths and English Tutor for Reception- 11 PlusTranslate this text using Google Translate.

I am an incredibly enthusiastic tutor whose teaching is grounded in confidence-building. I truly believe that many of the problems students face come from a lack of confidence in themselves. I keep this at the forefront of my tuition focus as well as maintaining high attention to detail when it comes to planning sessions to make sure students get the most out of everyone. Since my graduation from the University of Birmingham with a 2.1 in History and Political Science, I have gained over two years of experience tutoring primary students and consistently see fantastic results from my tutees. I also work part-time at a tuition centre which is at the forefront of tuition up to 11 Plus, with access to incredible online resources. Therefore, I am fully up to date with the national curriculum and any changes that may come with it. After completing my Masters in Musical Theatre at The Guildford School of Acting (University of Surrey), I have also gone on to become a professional writer with a West End show currently under commission and another nearing its final stages of development. In conjunction with this, I have led seminars in writing at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. Some examples of the students I have taught include A dyslexic student in year five for Maths and English, a year five student preparing for their 11 Plus examination and an A-Level student for Drama (Edexcel but I have also studied the AQA syllabus) As well as this, I have led seminars at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire on writing and have taught workshops (one-on-one and in groups) since 2017, so I have over two years of experience educating children.
