Hit me up and I'll teach you to juggle quickly and easily. Most of it is me giving you a quick lesson and you go away and practice it over several days then another quick lesson to get you to the next level and then you go away and practice that. small simple steps of about 6 to 12 sessions will have you juggling. each session is 15-30mins as most of it is you practicing what I've taught you. 60 mins is for individuals 120 minutes is for groups

Private online aerial or flexibility classes are planned according to your objectives and are multi-level. We can work on dynamics, strength, transitions and fluidity, balance and flexibility figures, turns, or in introduction to circus if you are a begginer. The classes lasts one hour which is used for preparation and technical work . I usually leave brief basic tasks as a review or building of specific strength.

This class is aimed at teaching body awareness and control for little people. In this class we'll cover a full active warm up, getting our blood pumping, mobilising our joints, sliding into some stretches and getting our muscles ready for some acrobatics. Then we'll cover some basic positions such as front support, straddle fold, bridge and shoulder stand. Before moving onto more advanced skills such as forward roll and cartwheels.
