hula hoops were first invented in 1958 and today they are more diverse and awesome than ever before. have you ever wanted to try hula hooping? do you have a hula hoop somewhere? are you keen to learn new tricks? do you have some friends that would like to join you? or know some children that would like to dance also? let's spin, balance, roll, and twirl together.

I have taught and performed hula hooping professionally in Australia for three years. it has been a delightful time. I published a book with a collection of my favourite hula hoop tricks and specialized in double hula hoop.
