Yoga - Vinyasa Flow and Forrest Yoga, breath work, body awarenessTranslate this text using Google Translate.

My classes will introduce you to the beauty of flowing sequences and how to connect you breath with your movements. I will focus on energizing your body through core strenghth and dynamic flows or more grounding standing series. Explore your body through movement in a light and playful way and improve your flexibility while learning how to use your breath in a healing way. I'm offering private yoga sessions suitable for one person or small groups. Prices for small groups can be discussed. What I like about teaching: I'm interested in encouraging people to use their breath in an empowering and healing way. Further to that I like the combination of flowing movements and the cultivation of groundedness both with deep Ujjayi Breath. Through hands-on assists I like to support my students to get a deeper sensation of the pose and experience the borders of their bodies. In my classes I like to hold space for my students to experiment, discover their strength and to overcome fears. Methodology How is it going? During our first interview, you will tell me about your history and your goals. If you wish, we can define your goals together. We can then agree on a first session during which we will make a simple assessment of your different physical qualities. Thanks to this different information, I will build a tailor-made training program, which will allow you to reach your goal in a progressive and adapted way, avoiding any risk of injury. We will then agree on the best times to suit your schedule. Fascia flows to free your body. Reset the body with Balance WorkoutTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Why is pelvic mobility important? 🔆Pelvic mobility is essential to meet the simplest daily functional needs such as walking or climbing stairs. The pelvis is the center of gravity and the largest bone complex in the human body. It is an insertion point for strong muscles: they form the muscular chains that have the pelvis as an anchor point. The shortening or overtraining of some of them, due to sports postures or gestures, can generate an imbalance in the tensegrity system of the pelvic girdle and many local and adjacent problems, from muscle decompensations, pain, health problems at a visceral level and many others. aspects that are not taken into account 🧐 ✅You have to ensure that your pelvis is in a neutral position, aligned at all times and in any activity you do so that your body does not adopt wrong postures by default and avoid having problems with its mobility and consequently other derived dysfunctions, such as hernias, lower back pain. , pelvic floor problems, etc. 📌The program aims to strengthen, stretch and put into tension the muscle chains and the analytical work of the abductor, adductor, extensor and pelvitrochanter complex. All of these myofascial elements determine the pelvic position and, in doing so, create or limit the freedom of the pelvis, having repercussions on the lower and upper limbs. 🤗 Of course we are not going to leave aside the rest of the body❗️❗️😅 The training approach will be individualized, after a general and analytical body evaluation. Enough of so many aches and pains, release the superficial and deep fascia and revitalize your energy center. 🥰

I started my yoga journey with Bahar 2-3 months ago with private lessons, and she has been a wonderful teacher so far. She is very attentive, and centers the experience and expectations of the student. Every week or two, we assess how my personal practice is going, and adjust the flow of the classes accordingly. Instead of just telling or demonstrating what to do, she remains in constant dialogue with me in order that I find what resonates with me in terms of movement, pace, and balance. I am very happy with our classes, and would continue for longer!

I had my first 90 minute Yoga lesson with Gaurav and it was exactly what i was looking for. He teached me the basic postures included breathing and chanting with a holistic approach. I really felt it was customized to my needs and personalized although online i felt the time flew by and he was carefully observing and teaching me. Very good energy and flow between the sequences. I can only recommend his class and will look forward working with him on my practice.

I had a great first lesson with Briana. She is patient, professional, and very encouraging. She let me speak freely before correcting my mistakes, which really helped me feel more confident. The lesson was well organized and focused on my personal goals. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to improve their English in a supportive and relaxed environment.
