I highly recommend my yoga teacher, Yogesh. He is patient, attentive, and extremely kind. His seriousness and professionalism create an atmosphere of trust and well-being, making each session a true moment of balance and peace. Since I began practicing yoga with him, I have experienced profound changes in myself. Physically, my body has become more flexible, stronger, and more balanced. My tensions have eased, and I feel a new flow of energy in my daily life. On a deeper level, I have learned to breathe better, calm my mind, and discover a serenity I never knew before. His classes have helped me release stress, improve focus, and feel more in harmony with myself. I had my first 90 minute Yoga lesson with Gaurav and it was exactly what i was looking for. He teached me the basic postures included breathing and chanting with a holistic approach. I really felt it was customized to my needs and personalized although online i felt the time flew by and he was carefully observing and teaching me. Very good energy and flow between the sequences. I can only recommend his class and will look forward working with him on my practice.

This yoga lesson exceeded expectations. I learned proper form for the postures, breathing technique and advice about how to integrate what I learned in my everyday bearing. Very friendly and well-trained teacher.
