If you want to learn more about the practice of yoga or you just need some classes to relive stress and give your mind and body a moment, I'm more than happy to share my yoga knowledge with you. I have been practicing yoga for a few years and did my yoga teacher training course in India. When I teach my purpose is more then just the positions, it is to turn inward, to find inner peace and to be able to apply it into your daily life. A class will consist of a deep stretch, some Pranayam and ending with some visualization.

I graduated from a 500 hours in multistyle yoga (Iyengar, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa), an 85 hours in Yin yoga and I did a pre and post natal yoga training with the Gasquet institute. Today teaching yoga is a real passion, I particularly like teaching Hatha with a few touches of Iyengar, Yin and prenatal yoga and I practice a multitude of different styles. I accompany you through the practice of Yin, a yoga inspired by traditional Chinese medicine, slow and meditative. This practice focuses on postures working on flexibility, we hold the postures over time in respect of our body for the greatest benefits for our flexibility, our joints, the relaxation of the fascias and also the relaxation of the mind which appreciates a moment of silence, of immobility, of introspection, a yin moment, of reception.

My classes are made up of three blocks, breathing (prana), physical (asanas) and guided meditation. As an emotional biodecoder, I want to accompany adults to heal the symptoms or conflicts that they may be manifesting, through exploration and self-observation (adults only). Locating those emotions that are trapped in the body. These emotions generally manifest themselves in symptoms on a physical level (illnesses, injuries, ailments, etc.) or behavioral (addictions, recurring patterns, mental blocks, etc.). Understanding the symptoms as messages that the body gives us and that allow us to know that the unconscious is still trying to solve a previous situation. Using different BDE techniques, we are going to find the root of the emotion and bring it to consciousness, so that, in this way, it can be expressed and lead to the healing process beginning.
