I motivate and guide students to achieve their goals. It depends on what is the problem they are facing. Sometimes they just want to practice speaking to improve their fluency. Moreover some are seeking to improve their business skills and business conversation. Sometimes they need to pass the interview in English. According to their requirements I have materials and programs to help them to achieve their desired goals. My vast experience of teaching plays a vital role as well.

I do a 'get to know each other' session with the students to know their interests and needs, in order to be able to prepare the lessons accordingly. I work mainly on: - Listening - Writing - Understanding - Speaking We achieve that by working on grammar and vocabulary... Reading articles and analyzing them, and working on samples if the aim is to prepare DELF / DALF. I encourage watching videos and listening to audios. I believe that practicing is the best way to master a language, therefore I rely on conversations to make the student speak, think in the language, develop ideas, and practice more.

My Italian classes are based on enjoying the language. I aim to create a friendly atmosphere and make learning as enjoyable as possible. As I have a deep knowledge of German, English and Italian, I understand better than anyone the difficulties that foreign learners might encounter. As far as the material / textbook, I usually use the Universitalia 2.0 book (A1-A2, B1-B2, ...), but I can of course adapt to the goals and needs of the individual learner. Basically, everything is worked on: grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, reading comprehension, listening comprehension, etc.
