With over 20 years violin experience and having played as part of orchestras and ensembles playing in venues such as The National Concert Hall, The Helix, and the Mansion House. - Offering both practical and theory lesson to fully encompass the learning process. - Typical lesson 30 minutes, grade 5 upwards 45-60 minutes. - Lessons for all ages and all abilities, including any learning disabilities or special needs requirements (music is an excellent outlet for all no matter what level) - I have played violin for over 20 years and have progressed students through both RIAM and ABRSM exams. I offer a welcoming and comforting environment to all students. My aim is to make classical music more accessible and affordable to all who wish to play. Violin and viola learning for adult beginners and returning players or in the band SEE ENGLISH BELOW I have been teaching adult beginners and intermediates to play the violin and viola for 10 years. The focus is very different. One person would like to find relaxation in playing the violin. Another would like to be able to play a certain piece because he likes it. A third has picked up the violin again after a long time. I have had violin lessons for > 10 years and am currently studying viola at the Conservatory of Bolzano. I have 10 years of teaching experience. I teach classical and electric violin, always tailored to the student. The lessons can also be carried out using the Suzuki method. Trained in classical and chamber music by a conservatory professor, I have developed an approach to the violin that is both rigorous and accessible, always keeping the pleasure of playing as the objective. We work on the essential fundamentals: posture, bow hold, intonation, tone, and basic musicality. Emphasis is placed on a clear progression adapted to each student.
