Are you looking for an experienced violin teacher for yourself or your child? I am a professional violinist and violinteacher with extensive teaching experience. I give violin lessons from beginners to advanced level for all ages online or in person. For more than twenty years, I have been successfully teaching children, young people and adults alike to achieve their goals on the violin. I help them along the basics, mastering a certain piece of their choice, a music style or playing chamber music, preparing for an exam or audition. I work with children in a fun, playful way, considering their own tempo of progress, their ability to concentrate, and their individual interests. Starting from the basics, through secure violin and bow holding, we progress through easy but enjoyable small pieces to more complex pieces of music. From the beginning, I put a lot of emphasis on developing a beautiful violin sound. Integrated into the lessons, we learn reading the music notes and music theory, musical understanding, and expression. I welcome adults as well, whether active, improve your level or beginners! With them, we can discover other musical styles besides the classical style, such as country, klezmer or Irish music. Chambermusic ensembles (trio, quartet) are also welcome, with them we will develop rehearsal techniques and intonation.

In addition to my work at Bhaktivedanta College Budapest, I currently teach students at all levels over the age of 14 online or in person in the 3rd district of Budapest. I also teach adults who are complete beginners. I deal with classical music, but if my students want to learn works that can be classified in another genre, I am happy to teach them as well. I have only given Sunday times in the timetable because I am sure to be free on that day, but other days are also possible by individual arrangement.

I offer individual violin lessons for beginners, advanced players and music students. My particular focus is on Baroque music and historically informed performance practice. For the past three years, I have been intensively studying the Baroque violin and the music of the 17th and 18th centuries. In my teaching, I convey not only technical fundamentals but also stylistic understanding, phrasing, articulation, and the characteristic sound of Baroque music. In addition, I naturally also teach the classical violin repertoire. Lessons cover playing technique, bowing, intonation, vibrato, scales, musical expression, and efficient practice. I'm happy to support you with entrance exams, competitions, orchestra auditions, or when learning new pieces. Each lesson is individually tailored to your goals and skill level. I am studying violin at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (mdw).

These courses are primarily aimed at beginners or false beginners wishing to learn the violin on a solid foundation, in a progressive and motivating way. Trained in classical and chamber music by a conservatory professor, I have developed an approach to the violin that is both rigorous and accessible, always keeping the pleasure of playing as the objective. We work on the essential fundamentals: posture, bow hold, intonation, tone, and basic musicality. Emphasis is placed on a clear progression adapted to each student. Each lesson is personalized according to your pace and objectives, whether it's to discover the instrument, consolidate the basics or evolve towards a more expressive style of playing. Door mijn muzikale opvoeding ben ik bovendien goed thuis in de Kodály-methode, waardoor het verbinden van zang met instrumentale techniek een heel natuurlijk onderdeel is van mijn manier van lesgeven. Wanneer nodig begeleid ik mijn leerlingen ook op de piano, wat het samen muziek maken extra toegankelijk en inspirerend maakt. My goal is to make people of all ages and levels learn not only playing an instrument but how can music help them in their everyday life. I am an Albanian violinist, with a Bachelor degree in Classical Music (Violin) and Musicologie in Sorbonne University. Over the years, my experiences with different youth and professional orchestras all around Europe have made me understand that music is important not only for professional musicians but also for everyone. I can teach in English or French and of course in my mother tongue Albanian.
