Trusted teacher: Methodology : I use Mathieu Crickboom's Violin method with which I started the violin myself, in addition I use duets as well as studies and concertos that I propose according to the level and desires of the student, it will also be possible that the pieces practiced come from you, which I will enhance with a technical and musical framework. For the very young, I use an appropriate violin method, color games and a fun approach to reading notes allowing you to learn the basics of music without knowledge of mathematics or reading French. I rely on the advice and knowledge that I have developed during my progression with the Professors, Instrumental Groups and Public Figures that I have frequented as well as on my interest in pedagogy and my monitoring of Master Classes on other students and myself to best promote the progress of each one. During my Master's in Didactics, completed with Great Distinction in Namur, Belgium, I considered an approach to the psychology and sociology of learning the violin. This approach is as much in the search for the aesthetics of sound and the work of the ear as in the proprioception and the harmonious bodily feeling necessary for the practice of the violin. The search for playfulness and the pleasure of discovery takes an important aspect in my pedagogy and influences my methodological approach. Progress will be made at each person's pace, and with as much playfulness as possible. My teaching experience: I have been giving private tutoring since around 2016, all ages and levels (from 5 to 60, from beginner to advanced level). I have done numerous replacements in approved conservatories in the Paris region, as a violin teacher, notably Les Lilas, Melun, Maisons-Alfort, Alfortville, Asnières s/seine, and am currently a replacement at the Saint Mandé conservatory. I taught in an ASBL (independent conservatory) in Belgium for a few months, and completed 90 hours of supervised teaching internships as part of the Master's in Didactics. I am currently a teacher in a private music school in Raincy and Drancy. My professional experience is rich in the study of the great concertos of the repertoire, as well as a significant Chamber Music repertoire. I was called to the podium of the Royal Opera of Liège in 'I Lombardi' and 'Falstaff' by Verdi as well as at the Soirées Lyriques de Sanxay in 'La Bohème' by Puccini in 2023-2024. I currently hold a Master's in Instrumental Studies validated with Distinction in 2023 and a Master's in Didactics/Pedagogy validated in 2024 with Great Distinction in the class of Julien Eberhardt, soloist of the Liège Opera as well as Gilles Millet, of the Danel Quartet and Jean-Baptiste Fonlupt, internationally renowned pianist. - Holder of a Master's degree in Didactics/Pedagogy specializing in violin at IMEP in Namur in 2024 - Holder of a Master's degree in Instrumental violin specialization at IMEP in Namur in 2023 - Finalist at the Festivals de Wallonie at the Palais des Beaux-Arts in Charleroi in 2021, Trio with Piano and Cello. - Former student at the Pôle Supérieur de Paris-Boulogne (PSPBB) in a dual-course Violin/Musicology degree in conjunction with the Sorbonne. - 1st Prize at the Hong Kong International Music Competition in 2018, Solo Violin, Mendelssohn Concerto. - Holder of a DEM (Diploma of Musical Studies) in Violin at the CRR d'Aubervilliers in 2016. - DEM Cycle of Musical Training at the CRR in Paris followed from 2014 to 2017 (Improvement of theoretical mastery).

Ester

My private violin lesson with Ester was absolutely perfect. I had a privilege to hear Ester play her violin and she is so good- it is crazy to think I was able to learn from her. She is also such a good teacher. Full of knowlege and patience- which is, in my opinion, a rare combination. I had no prior musical education and this was my first real music lesson. Ester managed to teach me basic note reading, correct violin holding and even playing my first tunes. Her explainations are very clear and easy to understand. And her approach is very friendly. She is also a very nice person and easy to talk to. I wish we lived in the same city so I could keep studying playing violin with Ester- that's how good she is. Lidia

Aki is very patient and warm. I am an adult amateur violinist, who has mostly played in orchestra. I thought I'd take a break from orchestra and work on improving my technique. She knew precisely the areas that I needed to work on; and assigned proper scales, etudes, and fun solo pieces. I will enjoy improving my violin playing with her tutelage.

Charles has been a great teacher for me to re-learn piano from having not played since I was a child. He has a good methodology and well combines learning theory along with playing.
