Sculpture classes for amateurs or beginners. Starting with bas-relief and progressing to sculpture in the round. I offer classical or abstract training in contemporary art, allowing you to explore your imagination and/or create figurative figures.

Your productions in progress will be protected and handled with care, and any production that passes the final molding or baking stage will belong to you; I will ask you to take them back when they are finished.
The figurative and abstract art courses offer different paths, which can obviously be combined to achieve an interesting middle ground. The figurative course provides busts and plaster casts from which to create models, allowing you to better understand the forms of the face, body, and volumes that make up the human being. Anatomical references will also be available as needed; for example, when working on the torso in modeling, I will present you with advanced anatomical references that you can keep.
The course on abstraction operates on another axis, freer, where it will be your ideas above all which will build your path, with technical help from me, advice and helping hands when you need it.
You can combine these two courses and I will gladly accompany you on this more mixed path.

About Me
I’ve been a sculptor for nearly a decade. I started drawing and sculpting at a young age and at 16 I enrolled at the Academy Royale Des Beaux-Arts Bruxelles Enseignement Secondaire Artistique. After graduating with distinction, I continued my work and became an assistant to an internationally renowned artist. While assisting this artist I improved on my own work, developing my skill set and producing new works regularly. This led to expositions and art shows in various prestigious institutions such as the Musée BELvue, Le Botanique, and Bodies in Space among others. Though my work in these places has been principally abstract, I strongly believe that a foundation in figurative sculpture is crucial to a feeling of self-assurance, and to an understanding of forms, composition and the principles of sculpture. I have therefore over the years developed learning aides and techniques that may allow beginners to feel a rapid sense of progression.
