Hi! I'm a friendly and enthusiastic language tutor based in Rotterdam, and I'd love to help you improve your French, German or English in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

I grew up in France, with a German mother, and completed a French-German International Baccalaureate. I now study in English, which I speak fluently as well. Having grown up with different languages and cultures, I understand how rewarding and challenging learning a language can be.

Whether you're a complete beginner, looking to improve your grammar and vocabulary, or simply hoping to feel more confident speaking, I can tailor our sessions to your needs and goals.

My classes are interactive, practical and conversation-focused. We can discuss everyday topics, explore cultural differences, practise real-life situations or work on specific language skills together!

Hi! I'm a friendly, enthusiastic and passionate language tutor living in Rotterdam.

I grew up in France with a German mother, so French and German have always been an important part of my life. I completed a French-German International Baccalaureate and am currently studying in English, which I speak fluently.

I love meeting people from different backgrounds and sharing my passion for languages and cultures. My teaching style is relaxed, interactive and tailored to each student's needs. Whether you want to improve your speaking skills, build confidence, practise everyday conversations or strengthen your grammar and vocabulary, I'll help you progress at your own pace.

This class will have an informal approach to learning the language, adapted to each students' needs and preferences. A diversity of materials will be provided, as well as online resources, all depending on the age of the student. As a German speaker with a C1 level, I am aware of the cultural implications of the language, even though I am not an expert in it, of course. I aim to make every class a fruitful and efficient learning process for the student, but also for me.

Who? I am a twenty-eight-year-old French and U.S. Anthropology student. I am trained in FLE (French as a Second Language) and have worked for the National French Education Ministry as a Middle School Teacher on the beautiful island of Mayotte. Following that exotic experience, I decided to change course and study Anthropology all the while teaching French as a Second Language on a freelance basis. I moved to the Netherlands just recently and have decided to continue practicing as a French tutor. I have also tutored English classes in France for five years.

What? I offer French or FLE (French as a Second Language) courses based on multiple sources and I regularly renew them because it is important to be in adequacy with today's society. As I just started learning Dutch, I teach in English all the while aiming for 90% French during the class.

Where? Normally I go to the learner's home. For the moment, online courses are also popular.

When? I work every day of the week.

Do you want to learn German from a native?

I can teach you German depending on your needs. Wether you want to practice your grammar or speech and conversational skills (or all) is up to you. At first we would determine your level and wishes, from then on I will teach you with my study material and we will practice together. I have build my study material while living abroad in Spain. There I had students from all ages that I thought German to. I always try to incorporate creativity and fun into my lessons. Homework is also a recommended part of the lessons.

The classes can be held in person in Rotterdam or online!
