Rhythmic gymnastics is a unique sport combining physical strength with an art component.
Rhythmic gymnastics is very versatile. You learn how to be in full control of your body, how to balance, turn, jump and coordinate apparatus work, which include rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon. Therefore, classes are never boring.

My lessons are individually designed depending on clients' aims. I work with different ages and abilities. Lessons would usually include a warm-up, ballet exercises, apparatus handling (rope, hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon) and routine corrections (for competitive students).

Why is pelvic mobility important?
🔆Pelvic mobility is essential to meet the simplest daily functional needs such as walking or climbing stairs. The pelvis is the center of gravity and the largest bone complex in the human body.
