About Me

I was born in Argentina where I graduated from the conservatory and played in numerous orchestras and chamber groups. Besides my private studio, I taught violin to underserved youth through a program modeled on El Systema, then I moved to the United States in 2010.
Since then I had completed a Master’s program at the University of North Dakota, and I am finishing (ABD) a Doctoral’s program at the University of Minnesota. Also I taught violin to students of all ages, and performed as a soloist, a recitalist and a chamber musician. I had played in Japan, China, Brazil, Argentina, Italy and all over the United States. As a member of the World Orchestra I had toured in Europe, Mexico, and South Africa.
Nowadays back in Argentina I specialized in tango style and I am currently playing in the National Orchestra and the Buenos Aires Tango Orchestra, among other groups and chamber projects.
I love teaching and I am very passionate about violin playing.

My aim in teaching is to enable the student to experience the beauty, richness and also the fun side of music, by helping to develop the technical skills needed to express oneself on the violin. My name is Daniela, and I am a cross-over violist from Costa Rica. I moved to the Netherlands in 2020 to pursue my studies at Codarts Conservatory in Rotterdam, where I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Classical Music (Viola). I am currently continuing my journey at Codarts with a Master's degree in Latin Music.

During my time in the Netherlands, I have been part of a wide range of musical projects across different genres — from classical orchestras and chamber music to pop, jazz, and world music collaborations. I've performed with ensembles such as the Jong Metropole and recorded with various pop, jazz, and fusion bands. I am also the bandleader of my own Latin project, La Reunión, and work as a freelance musician with diverse musical groups.

Before moving to the Netherlands, I studied Music Education at the University of Costa Rica and worked for several years as a private teacher. I have experience teaching violin and viola to both children and adults.

Hallo, my name is Chloe Slane, and I am currently finishing my degree in college right now studying abroad in Berlin. I have played the viola since I was 8 years old, and started on the violin at 6. I am currently getting both a music degree in Viola Performance and a Philosophy degree, in a 5-year Double Major Program through a school in New York. I will be in Berlin for the whole school year & most of the summer, so if you are interested and cheap & easy lessons for your kids to learn some more, I am happy to help out! I am an advanced level, have been playing for about 12-13 years, and it has become one of my main professions in life, so it is very much a skill of mine.
