Hotels, travel agencies and tour operators run on communication — enquiries, bookings, itineraries, reviews, and guests writing in several languages. Most of that work is repetitive. Much of it is exactly where AI genuinely helps, and most businesses are using it badly or not at all.

I spent twelve years in the travel industry, working with international bookings, ticketing and airline systems. I've spent the last two years building LLM tooling and training AI models. This class sits between those two things: how to apply AI to the daily work of a tourism or hospitality business.

You'll learn how to draft and answer guest enquiries faster without sounding like a machine. How to handle reviews — the straightforward ones and the difficult ones.
