I offer gentle, dynamic or hybrid yoga classes, online, at home or in a public place, according to your preferences and objectives.

The sessions can focus on relaxation, recovery, and calming, or conversely, on mobility, tone, stability, and energy. I teach both Yin and Yang practices, as well as formats that blend the two in a single session to offer a more complete and balanced experience.

I also incorporate breathing exercises and, where appropriate, elements of meditation, in order to work on the body, breath, and quality of presence in a single class. My approach remains clear, progressive, and accessible, regardless of your level.

Each session is tailored to your body type, experience, current fitness level, and goals. I can offer gentler or more challenging variations, without performance pressure, with the aim of building a beneficial, sustainable, and realistic practice.

The courses can be general or geared towards a particular need: stress management, mobility, recovery, refocusing, getting back into motion, better body awareness or simply the need to take quality time for oneself.

About Rony:

I offer a yoga that is serious, accessible, and profoundly human.

Trained in Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga, with Yoga Alliance certifications and ongoing professional development (500+ hours), I teach with a simple principle: adapting to the individual in front of me, not the other way around. For me, a good class isn't about forcing everyone into an ideal shape, but about building a practice that is appropriate, useful, and sustainable.

My approach connects the body, breath, and mind. It is nourished by my background in yoga, but also by my training in wellness massage and hypnosis, which have refined my understanding of relaxation, body awareness, and mental release.

My personal journey has also profoundly influenced my teaching methods, leading me early on to explore in a concrete way physiology, movement, breathing, meditation, strengthening, martial arts, hypnosis, massage and lifestyle.

My travels around the world have also nourished my vision and my way of communicating: with simplicity, adaptation and respect for the individual.

Today, I teach with kindness, precision, and without a focus on performance. My goal is to offer a reassuring, respectful, and transformative environment where everyone can progress at their own pace, find space in their body, and more calm in their mind.

About Me
I offer a serious, accessible, and deeply human approach, based on three essential pillars: the body, the breath, and the mind. This approach is expressed through two distinct services: yoga and hypnosis.

Yoga is central to my teaching. Trained in Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga, with Yoga Alliance certifications and over 500 hours of continued training, I teach with a simple principle: adapting to the person in front of me, not the other way around. For me, a good class is not about fitting everyone into an ideal shape, but about building a practice that is appropriate, useful, and sustainable, adapted to each person’s level, pace, and needs. My approach to yoga connects the body, the breath, and quality of presence, without any performance-driven mindset.

I also offer hypnosis as a separate service, with its own framework and objectives. I practice hypnosis with a structured, respectful, and person-centered approach. I place strong emphasis on listening, clarity of the framework, and adaptation, without rigid application or premature interpretation.

These two services are different in form but share the same underlying vision: to better understand human functioning and to support people in a way that is clear, appropriate, and respectful. My background in yoga, hypnosis, massage, breathing, relaxation, and body awareness has refined my understanding of release, presence, and regulation.

My personal journey has also deeply influenced the way I teach and work, leading me early on to explore physiology, movement, breathing, meditation, strength training, martial arts, lifestyle, yoga, hypnosis, and massage in a practical and concrete way. My travels around the world have further shaped my perspective and the way I teach: with simplicity, adaptability, and respect for each individual.

Today, I teach and work with care, precision, and without a performance-driven approach. My goal is to provide a clear, safe, and respectful framework where each person can progress at their own pace, whether through a physical practice with yoga or a more specific inner work through hypnosis.

I work within a clear ethical framework: respect, confidentiality, and consent guide all my work. Regarding hypnosis, I do not provide medical diagnoses, I do not replace medical or psychological care, and no treatment should be modified or stopped without medical advice.

I offer hypnosis sessions via video call or at home, in a serious, discreet, respectful and goal-oriented setting.

Hypnosis is neither sleep, nor magic, nor a loss of control. It is a natural state of concentration, in which attention is directed more towards inner experience: sensations, images, emotions, perceptions. You remain conscious and fully involved in the session: nothing is done against your will. The work is built with your collaboration, your consent, and your involvement.

The sessions can help, in particular, to work on:

-stress, mental load, and the need for calm,
-sleep, difficulty falling asleep, and rumination,
-self-confidence, self-esteem, motivation and mental preparation,
-certain habits and automatic behaviors,
-certain emotional blockages, fears, or discomforts,
-certain so-called “soft” addictions, depending on the context: tobacco, alcohol, snacking, screens, compulsive behaviors.

Each session is tailored to your needs, your way of working, and your objective. My approach is clear, progressive, and respectful, without unnecessary theatrics or unrealistic promises.

Important: Hypnosis is not a substitute for medicine. Any medical condition requires appropriate medical attention. I do not treat emergencies or high-risk situations, nor do I address addictions to hard drugs or issues requiring intensive treatment. In these cases, appropriate medical or addiction treatment is necessary. I do not make medical diagnoses.
