If you want to learn more about the practice of yoga or you just need some classes to relive stress and give your mind and body a moment, I'm more than happy to share my yoga knowledge with you.
I have been practicing yoga for a few years and did my yoga teacher training course in India. When I teach my purpose is more then just the positions, it is to turn inward, to find inner peace and to be able to apply it into your daily life.
A class will consist of a deep stretch, some Pranayam and ending with some visualization.
Extra information
I am quite flexible with timings and if you have some special requirements or want to focus on something specific we can find the best possible way.

About Me
My journey with yoga began long before I ever stepped onto a mat. Born into a family practicing Bhakti yoga, I was immersed in its lifestyle and philosophy from a very young age, including spending two formative years living in India. As a teenager, I began my physical practice, officially weaving yoga into the fabric of my daily life. At 18, I returned to India to complete my first 200-hour Teacher Training Course (TTC).
Following my training, I lived within a Bhakti yoga community where I spent months teaching diverse styles to volunteers, always anchoring my classes in tradition. Seeking deeper mastery of physical alignment and breathwork, I later studied intensively under a private Ashtanga and Pranayama guru, which profoundly shaped my personal practice and teaching methodology.

My Philosophy & Teaching Style
Yoga is ultimately about quieting the mind. Because of this, my teaching style is deeply individualized. I don't believe in a one size fits all practice; instead, I adapt to your unique environment, energy, and needs in the present moment. While we use asanas (postures) as a complementary tool for physical well being, my focus is rooted in the essence of Bhakti learning to detach from the overpowering thoughts and self-limiting beliefs that hold us back.

Together, we will focus on building a deeper relationship with your body, discovering its capabilities, and letting go of expectations about what a pose "should" look like. My goal is to help you find silence in stillness, accept discomfort with grace, and cultivate a grounded presence. Ultimately, I want to share the tools and knowledge I’ve gathered over a lifetime to help you navigate daily emotions, discover a deeper sense of purpose, and bring peace into your everyday life.

I am convinced, from personal experience, that it is by (re)connecting to the body and giving it what it needs to be healthy that we can live a life that pleases and fulfills us. I offer you, through this vision, a Hatha Yoga class that allows you to connect to your senses, your body and your mind to better let go of everyday thoughts.

I am a certified Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga teacher who gives yoga classes in the province of Liège. After years of practice, I decided to train in India to obtain my 200-hour Teacher Training.
I teach fluid yoga, for all ages and levels, in which the poses are ideal for strengthening, stretching and softening the body. We can practice more challenging poses like inversions or handstand poses, or practice gentle yoga with grounding, calm movements.
I put a lot of attention on breathing and body coordination, for a fluid and concentrated practice. The aim of this practice being above all to achieve a mental balance which allows us to see life in a more positive and thoughtful way, I integrate, in addition to poses, breathing exercises and meditation.

As a private teacher, I am fully dedicated to your needs.

A typical mobility yoga session duration is one hour. Compared to « classical » yoga, flexibility training is a much slower sequence. The reason is simple: you need long time under passive tension to affect change in your tissues (muscles, fascias , etc.). But don’t get mistaken, slower does not mean comfortable. Sometimes, the challenge to stay in deep stretches becomes as mental than physical.

I build the sequence based on your profile and the area of your body you want to work on.
We can focus on hamstrings, hips opening, back and shoulders mobility, or decide to affect all those areas. It’s up to you.

Between our in-person one hour lessons, I will give you some homework to keep practicing on a daily basis (15 min/day). When it comes to mobility training, regularity and consistency is key.

I graduated from a 500 hours in multistyle yoga (Iyengar, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa), an 85 hours in Yin yoga and I did a pre and post natal yoga training with the Gasquet institute. Today teaching yoga is a real passion, I particularly like teaching Hatha with a few touches of Iyengar, Yin and prenatal yoga and I practice a multitude of different styles.

I accompany you through the practice of Yin, a yoga inspired by traditional Chinese medicine, slow and meditative. This practice focuses on postures working on flexibility, we hold the postures over time in respect of our body for the greatest benefits for our flexibility, our joints, the relaxation of the fascias and also the relaxation of the mind which appreciates a moment of silence, of immobility, of introspection, a yin moment, of reception.
