My area of expertise in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Power and Mediation. Motive is to inspiring others to improve their daily lifestyle and commit to the long term health wellness. 6) How to successfully create a progressive yoga practice that suits your needs
7) Body awareness in your practice and hopefully beyond!

# Keep a yoga mat, yoga break,a bolster if you have or 2 pillows and one small cushion to practice with.
# Be close to a free wall if you can.
# Try not to be in a cluttered space or with family members moving in the space. Avoid distractions.
# A well lit and ventilated space would be ideal.
# Keep some water and nuts/dry fruits to take between class if needed.
# Wear something comfortable. Loose and especially breathable clothes .
#No wearing socks. This is for safety reasons
# *Don't practice with an empty stomach*. You can have a light snack (apple or any non citric fruit or nuts) atleast half an hour before the session.
