-About the Class-
This is a private class, personalised to support your body and mind based on your individual needs. Whether you’re looking to establish a healthy routine with weekly sessions or refine your practice with personalised pose adjustments, I will guide you with care and attention.

The class is influenced by Hatha and Flow yoga. We begin with a foundational Hatha yoga practice, followed by meditation and gentle massage techniques inspired by Shiatsu to enhance relaxation and energy flow.

Yoga is not just about physical movement—it is a practice that brings harmony between your body, mind, and soul. It offers a moment of stillness in a fast-paced world, allowing you to observe yourself, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate inner peace.

This is not a competition—it’s a time just for you. :) I am looking forward to seeing you.

About Me
My interest in yoga began at the age of 12 when my grandmother, a yogini, introduced me to various poses. Since then, I have fallen in love with yoga. From a young age, influenced by my father—an acupuncturist and osteopath—I have always been fascinated by the body’s systems and Eastern medicine. In 2022, aspiring to become a teacher, I decided to deepen my practice and learn not only the poses but also the philosophy behind them and their effects.

During my years working varied shifts and across different time zones as a flight attendant, yoga was crucial for maintaining a healthy balance. I see yoga as a mirror for the mind. I still remember one day in class when tears spontaneously welled up during shavasana, revealing an intense release of emotions and stress. In daily life, there are many distractions that cause us to forget about ourselves and disconnect. Through yoga, I found a way to connect with my heart and see myself by synchronizing my breath and movements.

I would be happy to help you connect with yourself, feel more confident, and return to your daily life with a shining smile after my class.

-------About me
Name: Ayaka
Origin: Osaka
Japanese: Standard Japanese, Kansai dialect
Jobs: Flight Attendant (past), Yoga Instructor (active)
Hobbies: Traveling, Yoga, Photography, Walking and hiking, Cooking, Skiing, Animal lover

----------About the Lesson---------------------
The main focus will be on "Speaking."
Q. Why is speaking the main focus?
A. We want you to experience the joy of speaking Japanese through free talk. Just learning words from manga is not easy to understand what natives say in daily life. I will assist you in learning vocabulary and acquiring natural expressions by speaking with native Japanese speakers.

-----A message to the students at the end-----
I love cultural exchange and have a friendly personality. Having traveled to various countries and learning German, I understand the challenges and joys of learning a new language firsthand. This makes me happy to be able to help you learn Japanese. I look forward to the day when we can have enjoyable conversations together.

Why is pelvic mobility important?
🔆Pelvic mobility is essential to meet the simplest daily functional needs such as walking or climbing stairs. The pelvis is the center of gravity and the largest bone complex in the human body. It is an insertion point for strong muscles: they form the muscular chains that have the pelvis as an anchor point.
The shortening or overtraining of some of them, due to sports postures or gestures, can generate an imbalance in the tensegrity system of the pelvic girdle and many local and adjacent problems, from muscle decompensations, pain, health problems at a visceral level and many others. aspects that are not taken into account 🧐
✅You have to ensure that your pelvis is in a neutral position, aligned at all times and in any activity you do so that your body does not adopt wrong postures by default and avoid having problems with its mobility and consequently other derived dysfunctions, such as hernias, lower back pain. , pelvic floor problems, etc.
📌The program aims to strengthen, stretch and put into tension the muscle chains and the analytical work of the abductor, adductor, extensor and pelvitrochanter complex. All of these myofascial elements determine the pelvic position and, in doing so, create or limit the freedom of the pelvis, having repercussions on the lower and upper limbs.
🤗 Of course we are not going to leave aside the rest of the body❗️❗️😅
The training approach will be individualized, after a general and analytical body evaluation.
Enough of so many aches and pains, release the superficial and deep fascia and revitalize your energy center. 🥰

Sound healing, also known as energy medicine, is recognized as one of the fastest holistic healing techniques, using specific sound vibrations to promote relaxation, balance energy, and support both physical and mental wellness. Techniques such as sound baths, chakra healing, and full body sound healing therapy are used to help address various conditions, including stress, anxiety, pain, and even some chronic diseases.

Sound healing operates on the principle of resonance and vibrational medicine, where specific frequencies interact with the body on a cellular and energetic level to restore harmony. The body, being largely made of water, conducts these vibrations effectively, allowing sound to impact tissues deeply and trigger physiological responses such as endorphin release and pain relief.
Techniques and Applications
Sound Bath: Involves immersion in the soothing vibrations of instruments like singing bowls and gongs, inducing a deep state of relaxation and meditation.

Chakra Healing: Targets the body’s energy centers by using sounds matched to each chakra frequency, aiding in emotional release and energy flow.

Therapy for Diseases: Some studies and practitioners report benefits of sound healing for conditions like high blood pressure, insomnia, chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD, and even support through cancer and behavioral disorders.

Full Body Healing: Promotes overall wellness by balancing mental, physical, and spiritual health, leaving individuals feeling refreshed and at peace.

Benefits of Sound Healing
Reduces stress, anxiety, tension, and fatigue.

Improves mental clarity, emotional well-being, and sleep quality.

Enhances blood circulation, lowers blood pressure, and supports natural healing.

Balances chakras, promotes deep relaxation, and fosters a spiritual sense of connection.

Sound healing is generally considered safe for most people, but those with certain sound sensitivities, epilepsy, or pregnancy should consult with practitioners before sessions.

Yoga Nidra is a sacred practice of conscious rest, where the body sleeps while awareness remains awake. Rooted in the ancient yogic tradition, this guided journey gently draws attention inward, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to enter a deeply receptive state.

The practice begins with breath awareness and body sensing, followed by the setting of a Sankalpa—a heartfelt intention planted in the fertile ground between waking and sleep. Gentle mantra vibrations and guided imagery support the release of physical, mental, and emotional layers, leading toward a sense of wholeness and inner stillness.

In this liminal state, the fluctuations of the mind soften, echoing the yogic understanding that true rest arises not from sleep alone, but from presence. Yoga Nidra nourishes clarity, emotional balance, creativity, and deep renewal.

Suitable for all levels, this practice invites you to rest, realign, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

I offer 1:1 sessions designed to undo the stiffness and tension that build up from modern life — long hours sitting, screens, and all the postural habits that come with it. We start with a simple postural assessment to understand how you move and where you tend to hold tension, so each session can be shaped around you. From there, the flow follows a similar rhythm: easing tension and restoring mobility, building a bit of strength with simple, accessible tools, and winding down with breathing techniques so you leave feeling lighter and more at ease. Based on what you share with me at the start, we'll adjust the balance — a touch more release, a touch more movement — to suit what your body needs.

These sessions are for anyone who wants to feel good in their body without pressure or performance — whether you're new to movement or just prefer the quiet, privacy of a one-on-one setting in Brussels. Come as you are, go at your own pace, and let's take it from there.

Questions, or just curious if this is the right fit for you? Reach out! And if you'd feel better coming along with a friend or partner, I'm happy to host sessions for two as well.

“Your body is the temple of your soul”
For me, yoga means connection, being present. Without much effort, I noticed
how asana practice became part of my daily routine, and suddenly 10 years had passed.
Gain – balance, self-confidence.
So I decided to do an apprenticeship and through that I discovered the
A beautiful world of pranayama and meditation, too.
"Be your own best companion" is my motto.
A space of trust, movement, and being. That's what my class is like.
We exchange energy by recognizing each other as humanity.

My classes combine dynamic and gentle yoga flow with breathwork, grounding, and nervous system balance. Each session is designed to help you reconnect with your body, build strength and mobility, and release physical and mental tension.

I specialize in supporting people experiencing stress, mental overload, or long hours of sitting, with a strong focus on burnout prevention and recovery.

I prepare tailor-made classes for individuals or pairs, fully adapted to your needs and level. Hands-on adjustments are included when appropriate to support alignment and deepen awareness.

My teaching combines Hatha yoga (traditional practice), Vinyasa flow (dynamic sequences), meditation, breast work, and Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation and nervous system recovery.

The room is fully equipped with mats, blocks, cushions, and blankets. You only need to bring comfortable clothing.

Sessions take place in a private space in central Brussels, or at your place.

I offer yoga classes adapted to all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. My teaching is inspired by numerous training courses and experiences gained around the world, particularly in India, Sri Lanka, and Europe.

Together we can explore different practices according to your needs and goals: Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Ashtanga, meditation, deep relaxation and breathing techniques (Pranayama).

My approach is both dynamic and holistic. Beyond postures, I pay particular attention to breathing, body awareness, and the overall balance between body and mind.

Whether you want to gain flexibility, develop your strength, reduce your stress, improve your sleep or simply take a moment to reconnect with yourself, each session is fully personalized.

Courses are offered in French or English, individually or in small groups, in a caring and accessible atmosphere for all.

I am a Yoga teacher with training in Hatha Yoga, Ayurvedic Yogatherapy and Swasthya Yoga, in addition to many years of practice and teaching.

I offer classes tailored to each individual, whether you're a beginner or already have experience. The goal isn't to perform complex poses, but to develop a practice that helps you improve your mobility, breathing, well-being, and your relationship with your body.

Classes may include mindful movement, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and tools for reducing stress and everyday tension. Each practice is tailored to the needs, goals, and abilities of each student.

I work with people who are looking for a kind, sustainable and realistic practice that can be integrated into daily life and provide long-term benefits.
