1. In the first consultation, we discuss your current situation, what you are going through and what you would like out of this Kundalini Yoga class.
2. Experience a 75-minutes Kundalini Yoga kriya (online)
3. Take away a PDF copy of the kriya sequence (or recording if we practiced online), so that you can cultivate your own daily Kundalini practice. I recommend that you commit to practicing this kriya daily for 11 or 40 days in a row (i.e. begin your Sadhana) to fully integrate the effects of the kriya in your life.

About Me
My name is Natalie. I created this space to share the wonderful yoga practices that helped me on my mental well-being journey. I have a background in Psychology and a passion for mindset and mental wellbeing. Having experienced anxiety, depression, and burnout in the past, Kundalini Yoga has been a powerful alternative method to improve my mindset and tackle life’s challenges. Each kriya that I teach in class has been so transformative to me personally and I absolutely love that I get to share this experience with my students.
I completed my 200-Hours Teacher Training program with the brilliant Guru Singh and Brett Larkin, and a 30-Hours Yin Yoga Teacher Training by Kassandra Reinhardt. With my psychological educational background, I intend to infuse the ancient teachings of Kundalini Yoga with modern neurological and psychological research, to demystify this practice and make Kundalini Yoga accessible to everyone.
My approach to the Kundalini practice is of “Grisht Ashram,” which translates to ‘householder yoga’. It is yoga for the everyday person with stress and a full plate. Rather than transcending the world in pursuit of this practice, I believe that we can use Kundalini Yoga to enhance our daily life and relationships, to live consciously, be present in the moment, and feel mentally calm. Education
I completed my 200Hr Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training at the Kundalini University (taught by Brett Larkin and Guru Singh). I obtained my bachelor's in Psychology at Cardiff University in 2017.
