I am teacher that is personable. I spend time to understand the knowledge and skills that my students possess and as well as identify their shortfalls. I work hand in hand with them to make steady and daily improvements. I also acknowledge improvements that my students are making so that it gives them the motivation that they need to grow and develop. I can work with any students and ability and I instil the confidence in students to know that they can do well and achieve as long as they work regularly.
