Yoga is a tool to bring quietness to the monkey mind. Our mind works non-stop, my goal is to have a feeling that it stopped for a moment. I will start my classes always with some breathwork and meditation as this is the key to bringing literally air into your body, giving all these thoughts a place, and feeling afterward calm and peaceful.
