Yoga is a tool to bring quietness to the monkey mind. Our mind works non-stop, my goal is to have a feeling that it stopped for a moment. I will start my classes always with some breathwork and meditation as this is the key to bringing literally air into your body, giving all these thoughts a place, and feeling afterward calm and peaceful.
Yoga for me gave me a place of trust, trusting in the present moment, trusting that everything happens in the now. Not in the past or the future. I try to give each student a particular, personal class as it is depending on person-to-person how the class will be going. I hope you are interested in trying out!

Hi! I'm Camille from Belgium, living in Brazil now with my family; my husband, a newborn, and a baby coming but still in the belly :) I traveled around the world to find my place here in Brazil, we built our little blue house and are very happy!
