About Me
I am excited about the opportunity to teach a range of classes and skills.
Education is an invaluable tool that should be accessible to all. I believe that it is necessary to always expand your knowledge further by going beyond the restrictions of being told what to study within a school and classroom environment, and you should instead have autonomy in exploring subject content that interests you
I employ significant diversity, adaptability and dynamic teaching methods throughout my classes in order to keep you engage, motivated and excited about the content and discussions.

Here to listen to your current experiences and situations to help support and develop a realistic approach to a healthy, balanced lifestyle that is right for you! Being a high performance, international, Division 1 long distance runner, right nutrition is a high priority for me. I have been plant based for five years now, transitioning from vegetarianism that I begun on my own accord at age six. I have explored a range of diets, nutritional information and expertise to be able to fully understand what food I am putting into my body and when. I am not here to preach about anything- I am here to hear your thoughts and position and provide guidance and support towards a more healthy you in mind and body.
Religious studies is an important reference point for developing ones sense of self in order to greater understand and relate to others in the world around us. Depending on the students needs and preferences we can study a range of exam content and learn how to effectively answer questions, or we can openly explore theological and religious based questions and concepts. My expertise is within Christian and Hindu teachings and we will explore a range of “big life questions”, philosophy and ethics teachings and learn how to apply these lessons to everyday life.
