About Me
I'm Pilar, born in Argentina but a resident of the world. I've been fortunate enough to live in several countries and make each one my home.
I worked mostly as a beginner's level teacher and, thanks to the influence of my mother and aunt (both yoga instructors), I studied teacher training at the Natha Yoga school and have been leading group and individual practices for over a year.
I enjoy combining everything I'm passionate about and that's good for my mental health in my classes: in addition to movement, I also explore the pursuit of mental stillness, connecting with nature, and using breath as a deeply powerful and healing tool, among other things.
Yoga has helped me work on my internal dialogue, my connection with myself, and the way I navigate other aspects of my daily life. I'm excited to share it with those who feel a similar calling or simply want to start their Saturday in peace and self-care.
