As a former competitive swimmer, I am passionate about movement in all its richness—technical, sensory, functional, and emotional. I am currently pursuing studies in the fields of movement, sport, and health, with a particular interest in supporting individuals with acute and chronic tension and stress.
Trained in functional neurology, motor skills, naturopathy and nutrition, I offer a holistic, sensitive and enlightened approach, which is based both on the sciences of the body and on listening carefully to the individual.
Every day I try to be the coach I never had: present, attentive, demanding but caring. I place great importance on the individualization of each session, the clarity of objectives (short, medium and long term), and the desire to have a good time while understanding what we are working on.
My goal: that you move with pleasure, awareness and confidence — in a space where play, adaptation, exploration of limits and personal progression meet in harmony.
My approach is based on a multi-faceted understanding of movement, grounded in a deep understanding of the human being. Each interaction is built around the fundamental principles of the body in motion, with particular attention paid to sensory experience, motor skills, and body awareness.
I favor a relationship with movement that is lively, playful, and engaging. Play occupies a central place in my practice: it stimulates motivation, unleashes creativity, and fosters learning through pleasure and spontaneity.
My primary goal is to foster the joy of movement, well-being, and confidence in one's own abilities. Individualization is key: each person is unique, as is their journey. The objectives are both clear and flexible, always adapted to your current situation.
I take into account all the dimensions that influence movement: physical, physiological, psychological, nervous, cognitive, and motivational. The support is provided in a positive atmosphere, with attentive listening and adaptation, for a personalized, harmonious, and lasting progression.
