About Me
Hypnotherapist by profession, 10 years of practice of yoga and meditation guide my approach to the human relationship and the private lesson.

I offer yoga classes and / or home meditation at the request of the person. Whether it is to answer a given problem or to accompany in an apprenticeship of one or the other of the practices, I am pleased to adapt myself to each one to try to give the best of my experience to the during those years.

In training at Yoga7, a school in Geneva known for its quality, I practice yoga for about ten years and explores the Joy that results. My personal journey with various therapists has given me, over the years, the desire to include in this practice an aspect that I would call therapeutic, based on the symbolism of the body, a particular attention to emotions and blockages of the body .
No need to look very far in the language "New Age"; our culture has tremendously thought about the human body and its complexity; spirituality, for me, is not a concept out of reach. It is a daily attention and to the human being that we are, in all its faces and its aspects.
