I am a professional viola player graduated in The Royal Conservatory of The Hague. I am currently completing an Instrumental Pedagogy Master in the HFMDK Frankfurt and I already completed my Master of Music studies in the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln. Parallel to that I work temporary in the Philarmonie Südwestfalen.

Extra information

You just need to bring a violin/viola and a bow and we will do the rest together. A stand is always useful but not needed for the first lessons.

About Me

My name is Elena. I started playing viola at the age of 8. Playing on stages has always been a joy to me but since some years ago the fact of being able to share what I know has become a huge passion to me. I feel I keep learning always through my students.

When I was 20, I started teaching little groups of violin students in a social project in Madrid. (Proyecto ecoembes).

In 2018-2019 I started learning more and more about Teaching Methodology and thanks to the great violinist and pedagogue Liesbeth Ackermans, who was my teacher for two years, now I am passionate about individual teaching.

Education

I started my studies at the age of 8 with Elena Gil in the music school of my hometown, Leganés. Afterwards I joined the conservatory with Rocío Gómez and Jaime Huertas. In 2020 I did my bachelor's graduation in the Royal Conservatory of The Hague under the guidance of Mikahil Zemtsov. I am currently completing my Master of Instrumental Pedagogy at the HFMDK Frankfurt. In 2023 I got my Master of Music diploma in the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln.

I adapt my teaching to the needs of each individual student and make sure that my students are learning about music theory, note reading, and music history as well.

My name is Evita, and I offer piano lessons. I'm a pianist from Indonesia who completed my bachelor's degree in Germany. I've gained extensive experience teaching, achieving good technique, and expressing music with students. I'm very passionate about teaching. Online lessons are also available.

Hello future cellists! Welcome to my lessons, where you will learn to play (or to get better at playing) the most beautiful instrument ever: the cello. Let me tell you how the learning process will be going: For beginners we will be doing a mixture of basic solfège and posture lessons. For intermediate students the beginnings of harmony and music theory will be incorporated in the lessons. Advanced students will be challenged both in a technical and an intellectual way.

I offer violin lessons for beginners or even more advanced students in Frankfurt am Main. I’m a violinist from the Basque Country (Spain) and I’m currently completing my Bachelor Studies at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Frankfurt am Main (HfMDK).

Even tho my academic formation is centered on the classical music area, I have formation on folk and pop music too. I have a lot of experience teaching mostly to kids, and my aim objective is to show the student how funny and interesting the violin can be and how it can be used in lots of styles and ways, other than in the classical one.

I’m open for suggestions: tell me what style you like, which songs would you prefer to play or wich composer you like the most, and I’ll be there to help you reach your goals. :)

The lessons would take place in english, in spanish or even in basque!

I offer flexible violin lessons for all ages and levels. As a musician with a master’s degree and many years of experience in playing in ensembles, as well as as a soloist, I would like to design the lessons individually in order to learn new skills effectively and with fun, to build up a basic knowledge of music theory, to learn new music independently and to make music to get to know for two.
Due to the current situation, I also offer lessons via Zoom or Skype!
A trial lesson is of course possible and free of charge.

I offer classes in Violin, Audio-perception and music theory. These classes can be taken in combination or alone, depending on what the student is looking for. I use different learning methods, but also try to help the student to find his own study technique since each body adapts differently to the instrument and to musical learning in every way. Flexible prices and schedules, to be agreed with the student and their needs. For all levels. There are no age limits

I am very happy to practice with everyone, regardless of preparation and alto. With me you can learn the violin from the beginning as well as with the preparation. With great luck I can teach a wide variety of repertoire (classical/crossover/pop/jazz).
And I also have a special method for small children, which is based on a combination of singing and playing light melodies.

One can learn to play as fast as 3 months , and then work every following year towards mastery at their own merit. The courses offered have the option to take the crash course (recommended for those who can only commit for a shorter amount of time) as well as an advanced course which covers aspects of music theory as well when learning the guitar.

Note - I do not offer a venue but online classes / home classes in Frankfurt am Main are available.
