The voice is the tuning fork of the body — a sensitive instrument that reflects our internal state and sends it outward.
It is also a method of achieving goals, setting boundaries and expressing the simple but powerful message: “I am here.”
Learning to use our voice with clarity, confidence and nuance is one of the key elements of effective communication, self-presentation and public speaking.
In my classes, I use traditional songs from different cultures and simple Indian mantras to help “tune” the subtle strings of the voice. These forms of singing naturally support grounding, breath awareness and emotional openness.
Depending on your level and intention, I choose the most suitable rhythm and method:
• with some students, we focus on vocal grounding, breath, tone and control;
• with others, we explore freedom, resonance and singing multi-voiced songs without tension or self-limitation.
Through bodywork, breathwork and singing practice, we gradually develop the ability to trust our own sound, guide the nuances of the voice with precision, and use this instrument confidently — in daily communication, creative work or public performance.

About Me
I’m Denys — a singing coach, musician and hatha yoga teacher.
I specialise in helping students develop a healthy, natural voice through singing of folk songs of different cultures and Indian mantras.
My approach integrates somatic awareness, simple yoga-based techniques and traditional singing practices to create more freedom, stability and resonance in the voice and body.
I also teach hatha yoga and qi-gong for students who want better body awareness, stress reduction and improved breath control — skills that directly support more balanced way of being.

Education
Master’s studies in Physics (analytical foundation), followed by several years of training in hatha yoga, breathwork and somatic voice practices learned from different teachers.
Experience / Qualifications
I have 4 years of teaching experience in both singing and hatha yoga, working with students of different ages and backgrounds — from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.
My work includes teaching in diverse environments and adapting methods to individual needs, energy levels and physical conditions.
I have organized and facilitated around 20 body- and voice-oriented retreats, creating structured, supportive spaces for deep practice, group work and personal exploration.
I also have experience working in trauma-informed environments, including projects with military veterans. This background allows me to hold a calm, respectful and emotionally safe space for students — especially those who feel vulnerable or blocked in their voice or body.
