About Me

The courses and the repertoire worked are adapted to the student's wishes, tastes, level and needs. The flute is an easy-access instrument, which allows you to play beautiful music from different eras and styles.
I always teach in a relaxed atmosphere, where the student can express himself freely and have a good time, but I remain demanding in order to be able to consolidate together a good technical base, on which the student can rely in order to become stand alone with the instrument and play whatever he wants, having fun.

I am absolutely passionate about teaching my instrument and making contact, whether with young people, adolescents or adults. I love music and I love to pass on my passion for what I have been doing for so many years ... And I like to put "the student" at ease when he / she is in class with me, so that the person can have fun and express themselves, not only through the instrument but also on the things they feel.

If necessary, the work of the instrument will be completed by notions of musical training and solfeggio. I usually teach music theory, and can give classes in addition to flute lessons, if the student wishes; but this work can very well be integrated into the instrument course.

I teach at my home (in Geneva), but I can also travel to my home, in the Geneva region, in neighboring France or even in the canton of Vaud. Classes can be both in French and in English.

As a violinist: I am currently a student at the Geneva University of Music, after having followed the pre-professional course at the Conservatoire de Musique de Genève. During my career, I won several prizes such as the Vatelot Rampal competition in Paris and the Jeunesses Musicales of Switzerland soloist, and string quartet (alongside Julie Berthollet in particular).
