The practice i teach is called primal movement and combines different techniques to keep the body in shape, well balanced, and functional. This practice can benefit anyone as it taps into the body's natural power to heal itself.

Primal movement is a holistic approach to fitness that blends animal flow, locomotions, calisthenics, somatic movement, and yoga postures. It is aimed to restore the body's natural flexibility to fascia and muscles. It helps bring a balanced daily practice to the body, ensuring that it moves efficiently and effectively. Primal movement is a unique combination of different practices that enhances the body's functionality.

Thanks to my extensive experience in conducting various sport sessions, I have developed the ability to adapt to the unique needs and preferences of different clients. I recognize that every individual has different goals, fitness levels, and schedules which require a tailored approach to their training. I always strive to communicate effectively with each client to understand their specific needs, and utilize my experience to create a personalized program that is conducive to achieving their goals. Furthermore, my adaptability and flexibility in my training methods ensure that my clients receive the maximum benefit from every session, while feeling motivated and challenged to push themselves harder.

The guided meditations i give are more like inner journeys to help people dive deeper within themselves and get to better inner intimacy. Diving within to have a better understanding of who you are and create a more harmonious being, in adequacy with him or herself.

About Me
Getting release from of the body has been a life journey since the accident I had at the age of 12. My life simply shifted to constant pain after this accident.
Headaches, bruxism, insomnia, restless legs, chronic pains and tensions became daily habits.
This accident appeared to me as a curse for many years but i can see the blessing behind it now.
I wouldn't be the men i am now without having gone through this struggle, nor would i have become so passionate about body work.
It toke me many years to be able to see through the illusion of pain from which i builded a hug part of my identity.
Through many explorations, i took myself to a place of understanding and healing.
Therefor, everything i'll share here is coming out of experience.
The incredible technology of the body is my passion and everything i'll share here is for you to get the best out of it.

Thanks to this different information, I will build a tailor-made training program, which will allow you to reach your goal in a progressive and adapted way, avoiding any risk of injury.

We will then agree on the best times to suit your schedule. The sessions can take place in Brussels at home, in the gym, or outside (weather permitting).

My name is Valentine, I am a certified sports coach in fitness, specializing in fitness and well-being. I give individual fitness classes in Brussels.

My experience in several types of sports such as boxing, yoga, Crossfit (or Functional Training), weightlifting, fitness and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) gave me the opportunity to fully explore and to push my physical and mental limits, and I want to use this experience for the benefit of my clients.

For me, sport values the importance of balance in life: the body (Body) and the mind (Mind) work together and should be seen as a whole. Bodymind.


If you are interested in trying to understand yourself better physically, to be ahead physiologically, and perhaps more emotionally stable, just contact me. We will define your goals together and I will help you achieve them.
