About Me
I am a full-time performance artist and appear in my own shows with fire, lighting effects, hula hoop, dance, acrobatics and much more. My career as an artist only started in my early 20s and the conditions for stretching were anything but ideal: I had no acrobatic or dancing past and childhood was long over when I worked on my first balancing act. With YouTube tutorials and a lot of patience, I eventually reached him the traditional way: the female balancing act. At the latest I knew: I am building muscle quickly, but I don't have a good physical predisposition to stretching ;-)
Nevertheless, I really wanted to achieve more. I went on, gained more and more knowledge, attended yoga classes, took private lessons from a contortionist (contortionist) and bought video tutorials on "exclusive secret stretching methods that are guaranteed to lead to success". Over the years I have understood the scientific background of stretching better and applied it to my training. And at some point discovered the techniques that actually lead to success effectively and safely - "Kinesiological Stretching"!
An intensive course later I got to know a completely new kind of stretching. Suddenly I had dozens of new exercises in my repertoire that are exceptionally effective. I finally understood the connections, learned where the individual muscles lie, what purpose they serve, how to stretch them in isolation and which muscles are stretched at all with balancing act, bridge and other static and dynamic figures. That was the breakthrough for me and made me want to help others stretch too!
My personal motto: If I did it, everyone can do it :-)
Over the years I have continued to work intensively on anatomy and kinesiological stretching, have continued my education and learned from many great, internationally known specialists, such as the contortionists Jonathan Nosan, Hannah Finn or Catie Brier. With the help of various physiotherapists and osteopaths who specialize in competitive sports, I was able to include health aspects, nerve and joint mobilization and fascia training in my flexibility training.
I now teach in different formats: private lessons on site or online with an individualized training plan, workshops and, for six months now, regular group courses in Augsburg.
I offer my coaching to anyone who has no desire or time to deal with different stretching techniques for years.
I am happy to create a training program that is individually tailored to your body and your goals!

Small group course for beginners with previous experience and advanced! A maximum of 4 students take part. This hula hoop course only takes place on Mondays from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. - if you don't have time, please contact us anyway and if there are enough inquiries, a second course can be arranged on a different date.
Attention: only until sport can take place again! I therefore cannot recommend the 10-hour package - unfortunately, the decisions on measures cannot be foreseen that far.

Do you want to learn the balancing act, do you need more flexibility for your sport or do you want to become more flexible in general?
Did your sports club's standard stretching methods and YouTube videos not help?
Unlike children, most adults find it much more difficult to improve their mobility. Therefore, they must proceed with particularly sophisticated techniques and with caution, because nothing throws back further than an injury.
I use a combination of different methods that combine stretching with training: My exercises stretch and strengthen the muscles at the same time and thus have a positive effect on the central nervous system, which in turn controls the stretching. Therefore this course is very exhausting!
● Breathing and relaxation techniques
● Fascia training and nerve mobilization for improved signal transmission -> nervous system
● alternating tension and relaxation of the muscle or its agonist
● Strengthening the muscle in the stretched state and at the same time improving balance (loaded progressive stretching)
● Using lever techniques to create more room for deeper stretching; isolated stretching of individual muscles (kinesiological stretching)
With the classic approach, you passively wait in the respective position until you automatically dive deeper into the stretch due to muscle fatigue. The muscle is not sufficiently activated, so the nervous system is not affected to the same extent and progress is significantly slower.
If you want to move faster and are not afraid of a little exertion, you should definitely try this method!
About me: I'm inherently inflexible and I started stretching when I was over 20 to become a professional artist. Therefore, I know the difficulties from my own experience, have dealt intensively with stretching and keep myself constantly up to date.
Private lessons at your home, at work or on Skype! Can also be combined with training plans on request.
