I'm excited to offer private yoga classes in my new home city of Amsterdam. I recently moved from London where I taught group and private classes.I'm an experienced and passionate yoga and meditation teacher. I first trained in Vinyasa Flow 6 years ago and I also offer pregnancy yoga and yin classes.

The benefit of a private yoga class is that you can tailor the class to exactly what you want and all my attention is on you. I also come to your home making the experience super convenient for you. If you want to become fitter I will create a dynamic class for you, if you want to relax and slow down I will create the perfect environment for you to do so.

My personal philosophy is Do yoga, Be yoga- meaning I believe people who practise yoga but become more yogic in life; by taking the lessons in yoga beyond the mat into the everyday.My teaching style is often playful and I believe you can smile through all of the poses. I tailor my thoughtfully sequenced classes to the individual student.

Modern life is often lived at such a fast pace and I hope to offer a space of peace for you during our classes together.
