Hi! You can call me Dani, I'm originally from Brazil (RJ) and I live in Baixada Fluminense with my family. I have been teaching English for 8 years as a second language. I believe that teaching a second language needs to be a safe and comfortable environment so that communication can develop. In my classes I am concerned with teaching not only the language itself, but the culture that is present in it. Schedule your class and let's get to know each other better!

My work methodology consists of immersing myself in the culture of the language in question. A lot of dynamism and persistence. Above all, don't get demotivated, you have to set up a routine to have a regular practice. I use several effective methods to progress. Focus on the lyrics of a piece of music, an episode of a series or an entire film to see the evolution in oral and written comprehension. I also use a playful pedagogy for face-to-face lessons: Cooking lessons, development of creativity, role-playing with scenarios.

{BRILLIANT} A Tutor needs to MOTIVATE, as well as COMMUNICATE, making sure we will follow a path to achieve great success. - My name is Antonio. I was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Portuguese is my first, native language, but I also speak English, Spanish, German, and a little po Polsku (but only a little). As a Portuguese tutor in the US, England, Germany and currently in Poland. I love music, sports, learning new curiosities, and especially food! - My learning methods are non-standard: Having in mind that every person is unique and seeks different goals, we will define them and create a specialized plan that will help us to achieve them fulfilling speaking, phonetical, and grammatical barriers. - Of course, during this process we will have a lot of fun practicing English through talking (a lot), games, learning new words in context, and finding easy ways to remember important concepts/words...

More than learning a language it is important to know how to use it in order to communicate well from a cultural background. I can offer a proper learning from inside a cultural view including pop culture, literature, tradition and habits so that you can get what you need from gammar to vocabulary in a smart and dynamic way.

I’ve always loved music, it is one of my lifetime passions, since I was a kid. So, singing and playing nylon strings guitar or steel strings guitar is essential for me, for my well-being and mindfulness. The classes are for anyone who would like to play music, from beginners to aspiring professional guitar players and singers with some experience. The focus is to learn how to develop the techniques required to play the songs that you love. I can adapt according to the musical style of the student. As for the plan, we can figure it out together. I like to communicate effectively with the students to understand what they want to learn specifically. I prefer to use the materials and methods that will fit the needs of my students, according to their musical taste and goals. Be sure, you'll learn a variety of techniques in a relaxed and funny way. I will be happy to help and see my students achieve their goals! I am very eclectic. I’ve always loved to learn and play different styles of music, such as: Rock and rolll, Pop Rock, Metal, Folk, Blues, Jazz, Bossa Nova, Samba, Latin American Guitar and Others. I sang in a choir for 6 years in my hometown university, in Brazil and I’ve played for many bands and musical groups since then.

Reasons why Brazil is the best country in the world My opinion as a Brazilian, born in the heart of the country, is that Brazil is the best country in the world. ❤ ❤ The prettiest, the happiest, the most receptive, the happiest. It is the country of diversity. Musical diversity, cultural diversity. Brazilians are black, white, mulatto, blond, dark, red, short, tall... And even with so many problems of corruption, lack of sanitation, congestion in the streets, airports, problems in public schools, public health, street safety, and so many others, Brazil manages to be the country it is. People manage to abstract these problems and simply be happy.

Languages are essential to understanding each other! Just for fun, to show off in front of your friends or to meet new people and share things with them, it's important to be able to talk with them. Although, only learning languages is not enough! You must pursue the work at home, in your daily life, with people around you to be able to speak fluently! Also, it's helping to search for information about the culture of the country you learn the language of by reading newspapers, watching videos/series/movies in the native languages, practicing it daily to speak as well as a native speaker! My job will be to teach you the vocabulary, grammar, and expressions that help you be as comfortable as possible in the language you learn ! I hope to see you in my classes, Sincerely yours, Your (may) teacher.
