About Me

I am a Brazilian woman in a career transition who started to teach English and Portuguese because of this scenario and simply fell in love with this educational process and the experiences it can bring.

I lived in The Netherland for a while and got the chance to live in Hawaii too. Those places are part of who I am today and they had influence me in my passion for languages and communication processes.

I believe every learning process should be gentle and natural. From my experience as a teacher, the classes must be dynamic and they need to fit in the universe that amazes the student. That is why I try to bring to my classes topics that each student likes and some art activities involved if they like them.

I am a qualified and experienced mathematics tutor. Graduated from the Free University of Brussels in 2011, I started my career by teaching remedial courses in different schools in Brussels. I then specialized in individual academic support by following educational training at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
