Online yoga and/or pilates classes you can do at home. All you need is a mat, and I personalize the class to fit you. I can send you prerecorded classes to suit your needs, from higher intensity content to a simple stretching guide. I'm happy to teach kids who don't normally get the chance to attend stretching based movement classes. I love yoga and pilates and want to share that feeling at an affordable price, helping people with their fitness, balance and overall wellbeing.

I have 5 years plus yoga teaching experience. I started online classes 3 years back. yoga is my passion and my life. I enjoy taking classes and take minimum 7 to 10 hours classes. I mostly take classes for 15 years to 45 years age group. I am good in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. I can teach basic to advance level . My classes cover Pranayama and Meditation. Chante and Breathing exercise is also part of my class.
