Strong focus to teach me how to play by ear, which will give me freedom to join the others in their jamming. Theoretical part is explained very pragmaticaly and in a smart enjoyable way. It’s easy to connect the dots to what we are playing and how I can improvise further based on that knowledge. Jon is very kind and easy going person, I’m so lucky to have him as my teacher.
