About Me

Ich bin Komponist und studiere derzeit Komposition im Master an der mdw in Wien. In meinem Unterricht ist mir wichtig, auf die individuellen Ziele und Interessen jedes Schülers einzugehen.

Ob Komposition, Musiktheorie, Gehörbildung, Klavier oder Vorbereitung auf eine Aufnahmeprüfung – ich verbinde Theorie mit praktischer und kreativer Arbeit und passe den Unterricht an das jeweilige Niveau und Lerntempo an.

I am a composer currently studying for my Master’s degree in Composition at mdw in Vienna. In my lessons, I focus on the individual goals and interests of each student.

Whether it is composition, music theory, ear training, piano, or preparation for an entrance exam, I combine theory with practical and creative work and adapt the lessons to each student’s level and pace.

Hi, I'm Karoline! I have a Bachelor of Education from the University of Music and performing arts Vienna and have been teaching for several years.

Whether you are a complete beginner (of any age) or have been playing for many years - my lessons will be customized to fit you personal needs and goals. For me the most important thing is to pass down my passion for the instrument and music and to teach you how to be confident with your instrument.

I can also prepare you for exams (i.e. entrance exams for a music university) and teach lessons in music theory and ear training. In my lessons I like to occasionally use methods from elementary music education, which focuses on musical expression. That way you can practice to express yourself and your feelings on the instrument and the typical fear of mistakes is being avoided.
