With my expertise of teaching over 300 students, having Bachelors and Masters Degree in jazz singing from the Royal Conservatory of The Hague, success in several contests, attended lessons, masterclasses and workshops from professionals - I believe I can be a great contribution to your daily life with engaging singing or piano lessons. 👇 BACKGROUND: Dominyka is a professional singer, singing, and piano teacher that is currently based in The Hague. She plays piano, violin and writes her own music. Over the past decade, she graduated from the Royal Conservatory in The Netherlands with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in jazz singing and in pedagogical minor studies. She had a chance to participate in various music festivals as a singer, have concerts of her own, be behind the scenes in various TV shows, and win several vocal competitions, and she truly developed her ears and her knowledge that she is now also able to help others to find their own unique singing voice. She has developed her knowledge of vocal technique, CVT method, stage presence, body language, storytelling, composition, writing, improvisation and so on. with various great teachers from all over the world. As well as, she had the honour to participate in workshops of Snarky Puppy, Dianne Reeves, Dena DeRose, Bob Stoloff, Norma Winstone, Magda Mayas, Fay Classon, etc. In addition, she took a course with Stevie Mackey, and Cheryl Porter and had lessons with Natalie Weiss. Dominyka has a passion for music production and currently she is learning more about mixing. 👇 MOTIVATION: "I feel like voice is a unique thing and music is such a good therapy. I believe everyone can sing, and I believe that everyone could sing greatly if they are patient and put work in it." - Dominyka 👇 LESSONS: I whole-heartedly promise that with our singing lessons, you will learn more about your own voice and that you will develop your own sound as a singer. My students prove time and time again that they enjoy the lessons very much and they notice clear improvements themselves. We work on warm-ups/warm-downs, breath support and its control, sound projection, how the larynx, jaw, and tongue work and can function freely, vowel placement, vocal effects, vocal color, dynamics, articulation, stage presence, high notes - power singing (belting), jazz improvisation, vocal improvisation, interpretations, rhythmic variations, and so much more. My goal for you is to have the best time and spend lesson time wisely while we achieve the best results in singing. If there is a wish, I can also help you to broaden your knowledge about the repertoire that is suiting to your voice color, recording sessions, live performance situations, "a workout plan for singing", songwriting/composing, music theory, ear-training, solfeggio, and such. I recognise that every voice is unique, and that's why my singing lessons are customised to suit each individual student. The focus is on building a strong foundation in vocal technique, honing performance skills, and curating a versatile repertoire that aligns with your musical aspirations. Whether you're a beginner or a more experienced singer, I am here to help you reach your goals. I aim to instil confidence and encourage individuality as I am very adaptable with my teaching methods because everybody processes information differently. And what’s more... It is enjoyable and fulfilling. So therefore, I can help all who are interested in finding their own authentic voice! 👇 P.S. All styles are welcome! (pop/jazz/RnB/musicals/and so on) If you wish to learn how to play piano, read the notes, learn basic or advanced music theory, practice solfeggio, or learn more about jazz harmony - reach out to me because I teach that as well. See you soon :)

Music Production, Mixing & Sound Design (Ableton Live, Pro Tools, Logic Pro)Translate this text using Google Translate.

Do you want to learn how to produce professional tracks yourself? Or do you want to improve your mixing, mastering, or synthesizer skills? Whether you are taking your first steps or want to take your productions to the next level, I am happy to help you. During the lessons, we work entirely at your pace and start from your musical goals. We can work on, among other things: - music production from A to Z; - mixing and mastering; - sound design and synthesizers; - arrangement and workflow; - recording and production techniques; - finishing your own songs. You can work in Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, GarageBand, or another DAW you are familiar with. I studied Electronic Music Production at Point Blank Music School and have also been producing my own music for years. I combine that practical experience with a personal approach, emphasizing applicable techniques that you can immediately use in your own productions. Lessons preferably last 60 minutes, so that there is sufficient time to cover both theory and practice. The lessons can take place in Haacht, on location in the Leuven region, or online. Interested? Feel free to send a message, and we can discuss together how we can achieve your musical goals.

Piano, music theory, playing by ear - tailored for youTranslate this text using Google Translate.

It is never too late to start or resume learning piano! My teaching experience makes me a witness to this. Perhaps you came looking for piano lessons because you wish to be able to play some particular pieces, or to develop specific skills. Or maybe you don't know what your goal is yet, but are fond of the sound of the piano and want to dive into this wonderful instrument. Whatever the case, I am looking forward to hearing from you and discussing your next step! I try as much as possible to tailor the work with each individual student aiming at the goals set and the student's musical tastes. This becomes more the case the higher the student's level of experience. Nevertheless, beginners are also encouraged to suggest music for themselves to learn. The work on pieces is combined with other important activities designed to develop finger dexterity, hand coordination, rhythmic sense, music reading, playing by ear, etc. The Cortot, Hanon and scale exercises are some of my frequent choices for the technical work. For young beginners, I defend a no-book approach during the first 2 or 3 months, for three main reasons: it makes learning more fun, it unlocks our creative potential and it allows us to explore the instrument rather confidently and freely. Instead of learning how to read right from the start, students have the opportunity to play games, listen to music, sing, compose, and improvise over backing tracks, developing the core skills necessary for any musical activity later on. After this period, it is then time to introduce them to a method book. The one I recommend the most is Piano Safari. For teenage and adult beginners, the activities described above are selected and adjusted, and theory concepts may be introduced at an earlier stage. If desired, graded level series such as the RSL Classical or Contemporary Piano, among others, may be opted for. Please notice that my scheduling may not always be up to date on this website, so the best way to know my availability is sending me a message. Feel free to get in touch for any other questions as well! Looking forward to meeting you soon, Rodrigo

Piano Lessons for beginner and intermediate levels. Get started in your own musical journey with me!Translate this text using Google Translate.

My methodology is based on following the method that best suits the student. If the student is interested, for example, in getting started with classical music, we would work on technique exercises, as well as studies or pieces designed for this purpose. There would also be a classical repertoire component, while at the same time giving the student the option to work on any type of music they wish. These classes would also include basic music theory to begin familiarizing themselves with reading sheet music. If the student wishes to learn a specific type of music other than classical, such as jazz, blues, or pop, the same methods would be applied, but adapted to these different musical genres. Even so, I am flexible in dividing the class as the student wishes, focusing solely on learning to play, or covering more ground by delving into the theory and practices that lie beyond mere practice. In my piano teaching method, I would combine the classical training I've received and found relevant with modern musical methods such as improvisation and ear training. My lessons would be structured, for example, as follows: - We would begin with an articulation warm-up, followed by some technical exercises to familiarize the hand. Articulation exercises played together with the teacher would also be included. - Afterwards, we would play a technical piece, such as an étude, prelude, invention... Alternatively, we could dedicate part of the lesson to working on a musical aspect, such as scales, chords, and scale degrees. - And we would conclude by playing a piece/song requested by the student. Finally, I would like to clarify that I am open to make an agreement with the student on the theoretical, practical, and thematic structure of the lessons.

My son had his first-ever Piano lesson with Pian, initially, I was worried that he would get intimidated by the complicated music notes and concepts, and immediately lose interest in learning. But Pian is an experienced teacher who knows how to lead the kids into the topic, she was methodical and patient. Myy son had lots of fun in his first lesson, and he is looking forward to the next one. Pian also had done some follow-ups, to share some learning materials with me which are very helpful. I would recommend Pian to anyone who wants to have a patient, experienced, caring and resourceful piano teacher.

I am very happy with Dominyka as my voice teacher. With her guidance, I have been able to improve my tone and widen my range much quicker than expected. Leessons are a joy: Dominyka can immediately hear and see what needs focus and explain what I must do to improve. This process is dynamic and fun, and I feel motivated to practice every day because I am inspired by these advancements. She can demonstrate many techniques with her beautiful voice. Most importantly, Dominyka is a trained and experienced teacher, so I know that my progress is healthy and sustainable. Highly recommended!

Starting with little prior experience, learning violin with Monique has led to incredibly fast progress. She is professional, patient, and incredibly skilled at explaining things in a way that feels encouraging rather than overwhelming. At the same time, she is warm, empathetic and always creates a positive atmosphere during lessons. I always look forward to practicing with her, and I can genuinely recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive and inspiring violin teacher
