In my work, I try to pass on to my students the knowledge that I have integrated during my course. I place organization at the center of school work, both in terms of time (by making schedules for example, if it can help the student) and for the learning itself. I also ensure that the student finds his own working method, by trying different ways of learning (highlighting, making cards, repeating out loud, learning the lesson then practicing or by practicing... ) Finally, I try to make sure to show my students the value of what they are learning, because it is extremely difficult to get involved when you don't see why you are working.

I am a young aspiring teacher from the UK who is passionate about Maths and Physics. My ambition is to teach in a unique way which makes the student curious to know more. I welcome and strongly encourage any questions at all, in fact the 'simplest' questions can actually be the deepest and most fascinating. I am both enthusiastic and patient! I have recently graduated with a first-class Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sheffield. I also achieved an A*/A in A-level Mathematics and Physics in 2015 from the excellent Greenhead College in Huddersfield. As I am just starting out, I have made the price as low as possible but further discounts may be available. I hope my passion for Maths and Physics will transfer to my students and make them truly excited to learn about these fascinating subjects.

With over nine years of experience as a math and physics tutor, I specialize in helping students, from middle school to college, build confidence and mastery in subjects that often feel intimidating. I’ve worked extensively with students preparing for standardized exams like the SAT, IB, and AP, as well as those navigating challenging coursework at school or university. My approach is simple: make complex topics clear, relatable, and even enjoyable. I believe that with the right guidance and a consistent, personalized strategy, every student can excel in math and physics. In addition to tutoring, I’m a fourth-year PhD student in theoretical physics at Emory University, where I research the fundamental limits of information processing in living organisms. I also co-founded the Georgian Association of Physics Students and helped organize an international conference that brought together over 300 students from around the world. My passion for teaching goes hand-in-hand with my love for science, and I’m committed to helping every student realize that they’re capable of mastering even the most challenging concepts. Oh, btw “hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard”.

My degree is in Engineering so at A-Level I specialise in the Engineering option - which I know is high in demand from students. I have three years experience in mainstream teaching and can cater for all ages and abilities of pupils. I plan my lessons around my students and ensure that they will get the most out of the lesson. I set homework each lesson to encourage autonomous learning from my students. I regularly mark and give structured feedback to students. As a teacher I have access to almost unlimited resources whether it be textbook recommendations, past paper questions, exam questions. I will explain to the student how to secure exam technique through practice and showing of model answers. I will ensure that I find the best way your child learns and help them become the best person they can be!

I offer private lessons in scientific subjects for students from primary to high school. During the support, we will return to the course to be learned and then, through exercises, we will be able to identify the difficulties that the student encounters. To better understand certain aspects that are complicated to visualize or understand in scientific subjects, I will present simplified examples which will then be related to the concepts of the course and the difficulties encountered.

Having conducted international-level experimental and theoretical scientific research for many years (PhD University of Cambridge, National Physical Laboratory, Max-Planck Institute, KUL, and UCL) I offer tailored and adaptive tutoring in mathematics, chemistry, and physics. My main focus is in helping those pupils in their final two years of school who are preparing for university. I also specialize in preparing students for the Belgian medical entrance exam by actually solving the problems of all the past entrance exams and providing tips and insight for rapidly homing in on the correct answers. My philosophy is that science and mathematics can be related to each person's everyday experience. I try to provide insight and solid foundations so that students will not have to rely heavily on blindly memorizing large sections of their courses.
