In the classes we will address the different elements that make up music in different styles, knowing the particular language of each one. To do this, we will work on the different tools that we have with each instrument at the level at which each one is. We all know music but many times they make us believe that no, that it is necessary to know how to read and write. That is the graphic part of the language that we will learn little by little, music is a compendium of many other things. Some that we already know and others to know. We will study the use of the keys and the positions of the clarinet, or the sax, the best way to position ourselves whether we play standing or sitting, the most efficient way to use the air, the diaphragm, the muscles. My name is Federico and I am a professional and Award Winning saxophone player. I worked at Koninklijk Conservatorium of Bruxelles as an Assistant Professor of Jeroen Van Herzeele the jazz saxophone professor. I graduated at Conservatorio G.Martucci of Salerno (Italy) and had both Bachelor and Master with full marks with honors. During the course of my studies i also spent two academic years abroad , one at the Kask and Conservatorium of Ghent with the supervision of Bart Defoort and one at the Koninklijk Conservatorium of Bruxelles with John Ruocco. In 2017 i won the "Massimo Urbani International Jazz Competition" prize that saw as head of the jury Kurt Rosenwinkel & Fabrizio Bosso. I play in several Jazz bands and I have been performing all around Europe.
