Trusted teacher: Hi, my name is Youssef. I first picked up the guitar a couple of years ago, after i got inspired by guitar heroes like Clapton, Hendrix, Slash, Mayer.. I'm always on my journey because the learning never really stops. At the moment, i'm taking online lessons provided by the Berklee College of Music, and always looking to improve on the instrument. These days, I really enjoy teaching guitar and helping other people experience the same creative joy that’s brought me so much pleasure over the years. Over the past year, I taught private lessons to students of all different skill levels in private, 1-on-1 sessions. And what I’ve learned over that year of teaching guitar is that in order to make consistent progress, you must have a well-crafted roadmap for both learning and practicing. So with many weeks of work, I put together a program that is exactly that. The program i made is inspired by the following 4 steps philosophy: 1. The right lesson at the right time . 2. With a clear outcome in mind . 3. Then apply it immediately, in a musical context . 4. And do it consistently until it sticks! In just a matter of weeks you’ll develop a solid foundation in the core fundamentals of guitar, including: Fretting, Strumming, Fingerpicking, Melody, Harmony ,Key meaning, Chords, Scales Timing, Improvisation, Riffs, Licks, Soloing, and more! If you are more of an advanced player who's looking to understand a certain concept( modes, cadences, tension and release, fretboard freedom..etc), you can book a session with me for sure! For more details, please feel free to contact me! looking forward to meet up and take your guitar playing to the next level ! |||| Cours Guitare.

Trusted teacher: I have over 12 years of teaching experience and I have been working as a Professional Pianist for 7 years now, in 8 different countries (Switzerland, Austria, Iceland, Spain etc.) and on Luxury Cruise Ships (Worldwide). I can show you how to have fun with the piano. If you're a beginner, I can take you right from step one and have you playing familiar songs by the 1st or 2nd lesson. If you already have some experience, I can add to it. My main goal is helping you achieving your goals and preparing the best lesson for you! I've been playing and studying piano since age 6 (over 25 years ago). I began with classical music, and later added Ragtime, Jazz, Blues, Pop, Rock, and Chord theory. I earned a Bachelor Degree in Piano Performance, Classical Music (4 years). I have participated in numerous Piano Masterclasses in Europe and I studied with great pianists. I still learn from different Highly Accomplished Musicians, I believe learning never stops. I have much to share with my students. TEACHING STYLE I am a very patient teacher. I love teaching all ages. I don't teach everyone the same way. I tailor lessons according to individual goals and needs. I insist on the importance of technique and musicality. I also guide all my students even outside of the teaching time, by responding to all their questions (music theory or technical) and sending them videos. I teach how to prevent Piano Injuries by focusing on proper technique, posture, and practice habits. My professional experience includes coaching students of all levels and ages. I successfully prepared the students with their Piano Exams like ABRSM, Trinity Grade, from grade 1-8, with merits and distinctions, and more advanced exams as well (Performance Diplomas). I teach for the Enjoyment of Music as well. I believe you can learn to play the piano at any age. My oldest student is over 75 years old and my youngest one has 3 years old. They made great progress, I am sure you could do the same. I've never met anyone who didn't have musical abilities! You can be a serious or a recreational player. The only requirement is the willingness to spend some time at the piano. I conduct my lessons using a combination of 4 cameras for optimum visibility, and a quality microphone which my students find very helpful. This allows them to see a very clear visual demonstration alongside my verbal explanation. I can confidently say that Online Lessons are the same as In-Person Lessons. CURRICULUM I do not believe one method works for all students. I have used many different lesson books and resources over the years. For beginners I like to use Alfred method books for basics concepts and for Classical and Jazz Piano technique I like to use ABRSM books (grade 1-8). If my student feels that they can learn better from another books, I am glad to adapt my teaching strategies to their needs. Along with the lesson books below, I use a lot of supplemental materials based on the students' interests. I also aim to teach their favorite songs as soon as possible. I like to clearly explain and demonstrate piano technique. In this way, the students are able to apply the information on similar passages from all genres of music. Piano/Keyboard - Alfred , Hal Leonard, Abrsm Grade (1-8), Trinity Grade (1-8), Hanon etc.

I feel fortunate to have Baiba as my singing teacher. Her classes aren't just dynamic and light-hearted; they're also incredibly informative and detailed. Baiba's extensive knowledge and expertise shone through as she guided me through each lesson, building layer by layer toward a felt sense of improvement from the beginning. What sets Baiba apart is her openness and receptiveness. She creates a supportive and encouraging environment where I feel comfortable expressing myself and pushing past my insecurities. As someone who struggles with fear and insecurity around singing, I can't believe how quickly Baiba put me at ease and helped me feel safe in the process of learning. I full-heartedly recommend Baiba's lessons!

Mrs. Denise has demonstrated passion, mastery and, above all, great versatility as a teacher. She has skillfully recaptured the spirit of a Medieval song with imaginative vocal intensity, while discussing in great detail the lyrical content, linguistic nuances, and the historical context of the song, as well as guiding me through the intricacies of the Occitan language with confidence and poise.
