About Me
From my personal experience I have been studying and researching the body for several years. Years of learning with very dedicated teachers in the field of dance, yoga and movement research. I am very interested in approaching the classes from the enjoyment of the process, self-knowledge, discovery, thinking, questioning the depth of feeling, changing the perspective we have of the body and not from the objective to be met. As human beings we are disconnected from the body, it is time to return and take advantage of its possibilities. Every body can, there is no body that cannot, if you choose to live a yoga class or whatever reconnects you with your body, you are already on the path of self-knowledge. There are many basic practices that we have within our reach and that can help us live with another openness to life. Every body practice brings emotional and psychological benefits and changes our way of situating ourselves on earth, as humans and as a community. In my classes I like to take the practice to a benefit of physical expression, being the beneficiary guided person in their daily life. I like to think that the body has a lot to offer us but it is necessary to help it, give it time and a space during the week, listen to it and provide new habits to improve. my studies are based on great body researchers, both argentine and international, call feldenkrais or fedora aberastury among others. I like to teach and accompany in the processes. I like people to discover themselves.
